Smith's Pharmacy

We use this pharmacy because of Cher! She is the best Pharmacist and really takes time to care for her clients! We've been going here for years because of her! Thank you Cher for always taking such good care of us!

Great people & extremely helpful! I really like coming here. I'm in & Out rather quickly most of the time. If issues arise & in this business they always do, they do help! I used to go to other bigger pharmacies but was treated horribly. This is a welcome change of pace!

Love this Smiths but due to my insurance plan I am married to their Pharmacy which always seems to Balch the billing online prescriptions the people there are rude insensitive they will fix the problem eventually but a lot of them I think our undereducated and have an attitude problem that needs to be addressed I'm sorry for the negativity but the truth always sucks otherwise the store is beautiful and the people that run the check stands and everything else or just top-notch

Friendly helpful staff

I never thought I would write a review for a grocery store but here I am. I also never thought I’d have any grocery store preference or loyalty but again...here I am. This place always feels clean, products are good, and most of the time I have only the best interactions with employees. They’re super helpful, cheery, and kind. I can only think of ONE time someone that worked there was rude to me, she was putting bread in the bakery section out and was standing right where I needed to be to make my selection. I wasn’t put out or bothered with the idea of waiting so I stood their for a second to give her time and she basically barked at me that I could go around her twice, even though I had already explained I wasn’t trying to go past her, just grab an item. Maybe she was having an off day, but seriously the only time I had a negative experience. Most of the time I absolutely love this place. Definitely recommend it.

They can now often than other places I've filled prescriptions at, sometimes get the wrong prescription in their computers. I had my pain clinic call in a script for suboxone strips more than 3 separate times and each time smith's pharmacy kept telling me that the script was called in for the suboxone pills and my medicade doesn't cover the cost of the pills but it will cover the complete cost of the suboxone strips. Each time I had to call my Drs office and have them call in my prescription again to get the proper medication filled. I eventually found out that it wasn't my Drs mistake but that it was the pharmacies mistake. Every time I have them call in my script instead of giving me a prescription on a piece of paper to turn in, this problem occurs and my Dr always tells me that they called the pharmacy to have them fill the strips each time but regardless of that fact the pharmacy wouldn't fill my meds unless my Dr called in a new script. It becomes quite the pain to have to repeatedly go through this annoying process because smith's can't seem to input the medication order in correctly.

Everyone at the pharmacy is very nice but Jacqueline I have been going to your pharmacy for over 16 years. I have been a faithful customer there and know everyone. Had it not been for Jacqueline it would have given you five stars. But not only is she rude condescending but she has literally made me cry due to the treatment she had given. I have worked in customer service for years and can say she is not an asset to your company. She is working in a medical field and should not be judge mental of the customers.

Not as friendly at pharmacy as the rest of the store

Customer service is poor. Customer courtesy also poor. After over five years, we have given our business to Walgreens.
