Suburban Auto Center Chevrolet Service

The Suburban service department is great tool for your vehicle needs! The service manager Gregg is great to work with and his technicians got everything right the first time. The pricing was very fair in comparison to what I’ve experienced at other dealerships in the past. I don’t think I’ll be taking our vehicles anywhere else, but Suburban from now on. 🤙🏻

The Service is always fast and efficient. The people involved are courteous and friendly. They keep you informed of progress and ask about any additional items that come up during the scheduled work.

I took my Chevy traverse in for an oil change a few months ago and the service department was great to work with. Especially Shane! I was in for another oil change, but have really been looking at pick up trucks lately. I got curious to see if they had any used Ford trucks on their lot and asked an employee who was getting a cup of coffee if he was a salesman. He was, his name is Allen Marss. He was great! He showed me a 2021 Ford Lariat, 4x4 pick up truck. It is exactly what I have been wanting, especially since it’s a V-8! I called my husband and we went through the process for financing, by the way, our financing guy, Justin, was also great. So, I went in for an oil change and drove off in a Ford Lariat. Couldn’t be happier! Well, I could, if the interest rates were lower. 😉

Service Rep Shane was very good about texting or calling with updates. The estimate he gave was good. The repairs are
done and all is well.

I had a wheel fall off of my truck after having the tires rotated at a dealership in the Kansas City, MO area. These guys got me in and out quickly and were very courteous and helpful. In a world where customer service is nearly a thing of the past it hasn’t been lost here. Thanks again.

I am completely happy with suburban Chevrolet service department ! Greg was great about informing us on the problem our truck was having and the progress his mechanics were making! After picking it up it was like driving a brand new vehicle. I highly recommend them for your vehicle repairs!

Brought in my 2015 Traverse purchased at Jim Norton in BA last year. Car looks boring on the outside but has all the bells and whistles inside. What's not to like? Less than a month later, the car started showing some issues: disabled stabilitrak, doors lock/unlock on their own, backup camera would come on at 70mph, loss of engine power, check engine light, in other words a lot of different issues with multiple codes popping up every few months (C0561, P0300, P0700, P182E) that would disappear as soon as I restarted the car.___________The BA dealer wanted me to leave the car there for 2 weeks, which was unrealistic. So I drove with the car randomly doing this stuff for a year before finally getting tired of it and brought the car to Claremore Suburban after getting done with all my Christmas shopping. Less than an hour later, they explained what the issue was and that it was covered under the extended warranty, which was valid through any auto shop/dealer. ________The deductible was $100. They ordered the part, I dropped off the car around 5pm and it was ready for pickup the next day. Last year, they did a wheel alignment, overall have had all positive experiences
