Excellent service and great prices! Delivery guys laid down a packing blanket to protect the floor since it was a rainy day. I’ve bought from here multiple times and had great experiences. Love my new couches.

*** Update, i was able to contact John Paras and they got someone to come out and fix it right away. They were out of the railings for the model of frame, so they wood glued the crack and added several support beams extending from the slats to the floor. It’s much more sturdy now and I’m not anticipating any problems with it. Very friendly and quick to act.

So disappointed. My spouse and I were so excited for our new bed frame. It looked so beautiful in the store; We paid extra to have their team put it together. On the very first night, the side of the railing broke, Making all the thin boards (of which only 4 out of the 13 support slabs on wood of are actually screwed into the frame) feel weak near the headboard. I spent $800+ on this bed and I’m just so sad and so disappointed. We haven’t even slept in it, it’s been 6 hours since it was put together in our home. I weight 115 and my spouse only weighs a bit more than me, there was zero support underneath the bed. The wood feels so thin and cheap that it feels like all the support beams could snap at any moment. I have no idea what to do, I guess we have to sleep on our couch tonight.

John Paras is fantastic. Their sales people are great, helpful, but not pushy. I ordered a couch from them and there was initially a problem with the install, and no questions asked, they immediately replaced the couch and fixed the issue. Amazing customer service and I will definitely buy from them again because of that.

Outstanding furniture store. The salespeople do not pressure you in anyway. They are informative and helpful and were so kind. The checkout process was painless and they have free delivery even into Utah County!!! We love our new sofa!

I don't love furniture shopping, but John Paras is by far the best around. The prices are good, the people are nice, and they don't follow you around or bug you.
There was a small mishap on a delivery they made, and they were fantastic to deal with.

We were helped by Leonard and he was really helpful and nice. We came in sick of furniture shopping after an absolute nightmare with Ashley’s but everyone here was pleasant. Everything was priced well and they had really great delivery times, especially for free delivery. We got the couch we bought within the week. Would 100% recommend them for furniture and plan on going back!

We love it here! My boyfriend and I have gotten 2 couches here in the last year or so, and it's been a great experience both times. It might be a slightly smaller company, but they still have great inventory for a great price! My boyfriend and I are in our early 20's, and were not dismissed because of our age (which we had a problem with at RC Willey). I also really appreciated that the guy showed us a few sectionals and walked away, so we could think about it. He made a point not to be pushy. There's always friendly service, and punctual delivery. You don't have to wait a long time for it to be delivered like you might at a bigger store. So overall we've had wonderful experiences there!

The staff was wonderful to work with and made obvious effort to make me a satisfied customer. I almost didn't go there today in my couch shopping journey, but going there was the best idea ever! I got couches exactly like I was wanting for cheaper than the set I almost bought some where else. David helped me primarily, but they all contributed to this positive review. I highly recommend them and their free delivery.

So awesome! Competitive pricing and quick delivery! We had waited for an order from RC W for 4 months and finally cancelled it after another delay. John Paras had it delivered within 10 days! Wish I would have stopped there first. Quality of sleeper sofa is great and it came with a memory foam mattress.

Our sales associate Claire was amazing! We had a limited budget and she was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find some really nice options. She was very sweet to my little boy and even asked his opinion on what he thought of the couch. Overall a great experience and we will be returning for future purchases.

This showroom was well stocked with many options. We were looking for living room sets and dining room sets as well as a stand for a new tv. Bill was a great help and spent close nearly 40 minutes showing us options as well as looking up what was in stock in the warehouse. Most helpful was the explanation of the types of round dining room table legs/support and what each had to offer. The store is easy to locate west of the freeway on the north side of 9000 south. There are several driveways to pull into and there is ample parking too. Getting out of the parking lot and across 9000 south to head east was pretty simple too.

I’ve purchased quite a few things from John Paras over the years and the products I have chosen have last for years and years. The delivery guys are always polite and courteous! I’ve enjoyed conversing with them and assisting as needed. John Paras is a great place to shop for your furniture needs!

Prior to COVID we shopped for a couch, love seat, and recliner but didn't buy anything and then stopped looking when COVID hit. When we finally decided to go buy them we went back to the big name store where we looked prior to COVID and purchased (paid 100%) a set. We were told it would take 4 weeks to deliver. That was understandable given that everything is out these days. After 4 weeks we called the big store and were told it would take another 1 to 2 months. We decided to go look at John Paras. We picked out and purchased a couch, love seat, and recliner and were told that it could be delivered the next day (Friday). We needed to wait until Monday and it was delivered as promised. Once we got it all in our house we noticed that the couch made a popping noise when you would recline. We called John Paras and they sent someone to look at our couch. He didn't know what was causing the popping noise so he told us the couch would be replaced. Within a week we had a new couch to replace the couch the popped. The store may not look as nice as the bigger store but the people we worked with were all great and the service was fabulous.
