Manager could use a class or two of customer service advice. Ive never had issues buying any amount i needed until today. He said he wouldnt open a new bag which is apparently company policy and that is fine but is not posted anywhere that i could see and has not been past practice in my cases. He could have handled it much better. When i asked for the DM number to verify rather those were his terms or company terms he refused to give it to me. Had to call headquarters for it. I was informed that they dont like to open new bags but that they can usually get what is needed by ordering smaller quantities which he never did offer.

My husband and I purchased a pinball from a trusted acquaintance, I paid more than 2k for this, and an additional $175 for fastenal to ship it.. our pinball machine was shipped 9 days ago. it is showing as received at the Shop rd. location however, our pinball is nowhere to be found. At this point, all I get are shoulder shrugs and people blaming other people. Somewhere between Wabash IN Fastenal and Shop Rd Columbia, SC Fastenal, my item was stolen or lost. The game we purchased is rare and priceless. SOMEONE in your company is lying and I intend to help get to the bottom of it.
