One person to load trucks on 2nds and 3rds (4p-12a) (12a-8a) and two on 1sts (8a-4p) seven drivers will show up during 1st shift hours then 7 driver show up during the hour of 4p-5p plus 5 more during the shift and you get mad there’s a wait sld of come sooner 45- an hour per load no one to blame but yourself. Be the early next time….

It takes an hour to load the trucks and idk why ppl think there are appointments there isn’t it’s 1st come 1st serve. They work hard and sometimes it’s hard to find paper. Needing to move hundreds of rolls to get you 9-12 out. 3 new guys who put away paper and don’t know how to not bury stuff and work the wear-house correctly with time it will get better till then you guys are fine

Before arriving to this place i was getting ready to the hell… actually its alright ! If you think this place is tight then you never drove in tight places…

Only complain is the ground ! Place is MUD all over make sure you keep away your favorite shoes

Get sent here a lot. I have never had a bad experience with loads or staff. The last time I was here the load wasn't ready and they told me to drop my trailer and they would load it when ready. Came of my 10 hour break, hooked to load, got bol and left.

Very helpful reviews! They work late. Very nice people. Direction is good. I delivered corn starch, so I don't know about raw materials and shipping details. For this load no need scale. I'm happy so far! :)

If your gps doesn’t take factory st try 232 S Thorne st .cross canal st ,docks on left parking at end of building this place is extremely busy you can park overnight,they will take your phone number when loading docks are available.

Wonderful people here. Sometimes you've got to wait, but that's Trucking. Isn't it??!! Yes it's narrow and muddy. Get your game on, driver and drive like the pros we're supposed to be!

Muddy but really fast UNLOADING done in 30 min. Great people…. ( for loading I can’t tell)

Guy working in the shipping department is very good 👍🏻👍🏻 Use 24 and then 15 (cassy )and right from the first light after railway and then follow paperwork sign and park at driver staging .

Came for a pick up. I was apprehensive after reading all the reviews but I was in loaded and out in less than an hour. Shipping was real nice too.

Get loaded within a hour, nice people

There is a train track with low clearance, BE CAREFUL, so while construction was happening in the area a driver took a detour and got stuck.. This isn’t a bad review of Paperworks!

Friendly people at shipping office. One hour to get loaded despite problems with load. Ships 24/7 despite what Google Maps says.

In and Out pretty fast no real problems. Tight areas. I wouldn't do it twice.
