If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the time we got there Eli, & Buck made sure we were taken care of & each department we went to the employees were friendly & helpful. ( Paint, flooring, & lumber )
We don't shop at the Lowes here in tahlequah, but I will drive an hour to shop with Siloam Lowes everytime now.

Lowe’s is always amazing. I go there because Veterans get 30% discount 🤔 I think, nonetheless, most of the people are great however, there are a few employees that need a refresher course in customer service.

We went to buy a washing machine. The salespersonel were very helpful, looked up information and explained options and the delivery process. We always get good service at our Lowes in Siloam Springs.

Love the online order and curbside pick-up options available. Today, I discovered the Siloam Springs Lowe's offers a Free Air pump next to their loading area. Also, inside the door by customer service, they offer recycling of plastic bags, rechargeable batteries, and compact fluorescent light bulbs.

Love this Lowe's in Siloam Springs Arkansas, so many things to get for home improvement at reasonable prices.

Went to get a sheet of plywood to set up a dart bord. Found it easy. In and out Quickly.

DRIVERS they stop receiving at 4pm unless ur delivering mulch or plants, then they will unload u when u arrive

Super friendly and helpful showed me how to put fittings together to change out a male hose to a female etc.

The staff here are amazing! They are so helpful when we are looking for things & so understanding of our dogs being there as well.

When it’s closing time and you really need to get out of trouble with your husband...this is where you need to go. This wonderful lady Emili and her co workers went out of their way to help make sure I went went home with exactly what my husband needed. And while she was learning a new skill, she taught me that people are still willing to go out of their way to help others. Warmed my heart❤

I don't live in the area, but some ppl I work with do. This Lowe's has been so helpful and have the best employees. They helped my colleagues and myself with a crisis. They deserve all the good things there <3.

Always appreciate the knowledge and helpfulness of the Siloam Springs Lowe’s. I am in the store 2-3 times a week, so I shop here quite often. If they don’t have it, they can often order it.

Service at the Siloam Springs Lowes was above & beyond the norm. Henry & Sue Ellen excelled, worked together & provided excellent service to us. We need more people in the work force with their kind of work ethic! Blessings!

Bryson is a star! Purchased 15, 21 lb pavers at the Siloam Springs store. As I was headed to my car, Bryson stopped me and asked if I would like help loading the pavers. I said yes with a whole lot of enthusiasm! Bryson loaded all of them and he never stopped smiling. Outstanding customer service!

I needed help in the paint department and Ricky Domínguez answered all my questions very patiently. He did an amazing job.
It has been a couple of times that he has helped me find the correct item.
