Holiday Inn Express & Suites Siloam Springs, an IHG Hotel

I've been in a lot of holiday inns and this is probably the best. Staff was friendly. The room is good size and clean. The bed was what got me. By far the best IHG bed I've slept in, and that's what I'm there for. There is a nice easy to get to waterfall right down the road from here for a little perk.

One of the best Holiday Inn Expresses I ever stayed in. Will definitely come back if in the area for work again.

Very nice hotel. Of course, I didn't foot the bill. However, the only issue I found was having only decaf coffee in my room when I went to make coffee. I didn't check out the fitness room or the pool as I was busy with orientation and my dog. I love the fact that they are pet friendly. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was good (considering it was a cold breakfast) at least they offered it. The rooms were clean, fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The shower was probably the best part of my stay here!

Honestly after looking and staying in other hotels around the city, this is one of the best one's in town, if not the best. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. No complaints here!

Wonderful hotel, we will be back. The beds were so comfortable & you can ask for different pillow firmness. So many places to charge your electronic devices. Great tv, comfortable chairs. The pool was nice & clean. The hot tub was wonderful & so relaxing after working out in the fitness room. It was very quiet at night. The breakfast was so delicious & filling.

Clean rooms. Really nice and helpful staff. Pool is heated during winter. Walking distance to some restraunts and the casino. I always enjoy my stay here.

Stayed here for five times in the past half year. Clean and quiet and easy to get to restaurants and casino. The breakfast wasn’t great during Covid but now they are back to normal very good. Not five star hotel but everything is above average.

Your hotel accommodate a large group of veterans a couple weeks ago. You performed an outstanding job and we all appreciated the hospitality. The rooms were large and spacious, not to mention very clean. Thank you again for the outstanding hospitality.

Oh my goodness. This room is so big and so comfortable. And the shower is a step in, no tub to climb over. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff is so friendly, kind, and helpful. This is my first, but definitely not my last stay.

The hotel is new so it was very clean. The staff was nice and if you are a truck driver and are bobtail looking for a room, you can park in their long driveway on one side close to the curb to stay here. Thats what we did per management. The room was a good size and the beds were awesome. Also, close to a Walmart grocery and some restaurants. We would definitely stay here again...

Everyone was keeping their distance and wearing masks. The rooms are very clean and we had a peaceful stay. Right now their breakfast bar is limited because of COVID but still good. Check out is at 11 a.m. and you get 1 hour per day to use the pool. You have to schedule a time slot for the pool.

This place has clean down. Just need to work on the front desk also serving the breakfast.
Great room. Could of just stayed in that bed all day and night. Super comfy.

The best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. Everything is well-designed, clean, and functional, even down to the little details. Pictures do not convey how awesome the shower is. They are very dog-friendly, too (other places nearby said they allowed dogs online, but then denied it over the phone). The price is very reasonable considering the great experience.

The price was competitive, location is convenient, Mary at the front desk was kind and helpful and kept everything clean and the rooms are fresh and perfect and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The only negative was that the hot tub was too hot. Like, sweating and uncomfortable hot.

This is an amazing hotel. We've had some bad experiences with holiday inn Express lately. But this stay definitely changed that. It is a brand new hotel, and it shows. Everything about the rooms and common areas was new and modern. All the outlets in the rooms have USB ports for charging your phone or other devices. All the staff was friendly. And the hotel is very convenient to everything in the area. Will be staying again soon.

Stay is so amazing so peaceful me n hubby enjoyed the hot tub so relaxing, we brought our German Shepard no problem place was quiet peaceful beds are so comfy!!! And clean place smells great 5 stars best hotel in Siloam hands down. Thank you we will be back.

Nice place, price is a little high, even for working for Hurricane Express and not getting their discount that the companies gets when they pay for it when a new driver comes in,the current drivers should get the same discount whether the company pays for it or not. Other than we love the hotel it is one of our favorites.

For Siloam Springs, Arkansas this is one of the most beautiful and best place to stay. Pet friendly, beautiful environment, outdoor grill, amazing pool and fitness center. The elevator has a doorbell sound when it reaches your floor, recycle bins on each floor and Bath and Body lotion toiletries in the bathroom. Compliment warm breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay this past weekend.
