Daniel was so humble and so helpful. I had technical issues with my phone so there was no Commission in it for him, but he treated me like I was spending $1,000.00. I thanked him but will you please thank him again for going above and beyond. Merry Christmas AT&T... you are the best!

I came to this store after my data stopped working for several days as it was suspended while I was on vacation internationally. I called AT&T multiple times over the past 3 days to try and get my data restored but the individuals I spoke with told me nothing was wrong with my phone or walked through basic troubleshooting steps I already did myself. They even went as far as to try and sell me on an upgrade while my phone can’t even send a text message.

I came to this store really frustrated with these experiences and was greeted by nick who was incredibly helpful and fixed my problem within 2 minutes. I was so happy with my encounter that I came back a few hours later so I could be helped with a year long issue with my Apple Watch. Nick also fixed my Apple watch and simultaneously updated my phone plan (saving me money on my bill) that I’ve been meaning to do for a long time. I’ve been with AT&T for only a year and have encountered several different issues, but nicks help today was really appreciated and completely changed

Took the time to explain to my parents the payment plan options, type of phones, and the differences they had. He definitely helped us switch over to AT&T with ease! Even went above and beyond to set up the phones and transfer over our data. Super patient and kind and was friendly with our rambunctious child. Nick should definitely get a pay raise.

Went to AT & T store to upgrade my phone for the new iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were greeted by Nick at the door and he was an absolute pleasure during the entire process.

I really do admire these Men at this store. They will have you laughing and taking care of you at the same time. Steve is a great guy and the Manager is awesome as well.

Fast service with two really nice gentlemen working. I wish I could remember the man’s name that helped me (is it Gil? Lol). He was very patient with me after I had been having a manic day without a phone. I went at lunch time during the week and did not have to wait more than a minute for someone to help me.

We were greeted when we walked in. Yeni was very knowledgeable about what I needed and quickly took care of my needs. She thoroughly explained all of the changes that I requested and then informed me of additional services that would be beneficial to me. I was very pleased with the experience. She is an asset to your company!

If I can shout from the rooftops how pleasant it was working with Lorenzo, I would. He was incredible and helped me resolve my frantic concerns. My phone seemingly did not work and I needed the information on my phone which had died and didn’t want to charge. He was so good that I ended up buying another phone despite getting my phone working again. I'm thankful for his suggestions to finding a resolution. He was so positive and it was a pleasure. This experience was quite different than the Winter Garden experience I had. He definitely deserves recognition or perhaps employee of the month if you have that type of recognition. We got there right when it opened a few days before Christmas and were met with Nick who welcomed us and grabbed my 6 year old a chair. We all sat down and he was so great helping me set up my new phone and transferring my old one to be Christmas present for my daughter. He was SO NICE, engaging my daughter in conversation as she had to sit and wait patiently for a while. I was dreading going so close to Christmas and yet it was a wonderful experience. I would totally go there again for any other needs I have with my phone or any of my family's phones. Thank you, Nick!

When I first walked in I was greeted by all the employees. I have been going through a hard time with my old phone. Daniel was so helpful. He help me pick out phones, and was definitely patience with me. This AT&T store customer service is phenomenal!

I came into the store to transfer phones as I am not tech savvy and was not able to finish switching to my new phone. Alex greeted me with a smile and was not only patient fixing contact issues, teaching me about my new phone, but also had wonderful customer service experience and he showed personal care while we processed the transfer. I had just spoken to ATT customer care (611) and they did not resolve my issue. When asked who could I discuss this matter with, I was told I needed to write a letter and mail it in. No email available. I drove directly to the store. There I was greeted by the manager, Blair Turpin. I explained the situation and how unhappy I was with customer care. She immediately told me that she was going to handle. She listened, researched and resolved. She was awesome as was the other gentleman working with her. I highly recommend Blaine and her staff to resolve issues!!! Many thanks!

When we walked in the door we were greeted by Jay who grabbed 2 chairs for us out of the back . Michael took over for Jay who was with a client. Michael was a delightful, knowledgeable young man who was very kind and respectful to us 2 elderly folks. He explained everything and got us just what we wanted. 2 phones and 2 tablets. Nice experience

Superior customer service They will not try to sell you something you don't know about and they will explain all their phones to you there are phones to you and their options and they will make sure that you have the phone And plan that suits you best I would say this is a company that is in the business to get and keep and retain customers

After visiting an AT&T store on rock Springs Road, and being charged $21.39 for activation yet the guy did nothing for me and I walked out of there two hours later without a phone and without being refunded by $21.39, I was almost fed up. I decided to call this location and see if they could help me get a phone. Nicholas went above and beyond to make sure that I had a phone before I left the store. He was even nice enough to stay a little bit later to ensure that I had a phone before I left. I am so very thankful to Nicolas for doing an outstanding job and ensuring that I left Completely satisfied. Thank you so much!

Today my husband , Father in law and my self visited the AT&T store on west Colonial Dr. in Orlando Fl. If I tell you it was the best experience I’ve had with AT&T since starting there cell phone service 15 years ago. We went in with many questions. Some for my father in law and most from my husband. Our Rep. Angela took her time and she took very good care of us. She was very knowledgeable in all things AT&T. Never did she make us feel rushed. And Angela is a very pleasant person and very easy to speak to. She took care of everything and I was left feeling so good about

Nicholas was amazing, he was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and make me feel important as a customer.  It's because of how he treated me over the phone to start with that caused me to make the 30 drive to his store versus the store right down the street from me.  I highly recommend Nicholas at the Ocoee store for all your phone needs.
