Drive thru. The food wasn't great this time. 1 of my burgers was made 3 times before it was right. Thank you to the nice young lady inside made it correctly for me. When I got home my big mac was done wrong as well. Hopefully next time everything will be fine. Never had a problem before.

Always fresh hot food, very efficient and highly courteous friendly staff. If the drive thru has too many cars I just park and go inside and it is usually quick. I just love their trailer truck billboard.

Mostly long wait here but only after hours. Only prob is coos always here hanging around harassing people to make an arrest scares off customers plus ice cream isn't always available due to faulty equipment or possibly lack of effort from the later shift management.

Ok so I don't really like fast food but, when a big Mac comes calling I have to answer. People we're super cool. Took a while but OMG burger was hot and fresh. It was super crowded and the crew handled their business, kept their cool. Good job everyone at McDonald's! I appreciate you

Went to Pea Ridge McDonalds and placed our order. The girl at the drive in (Aeryn) was very professional and courteous. She also brought ordered to us. No complaints just kudos for a job well done!!

I have to say that things have seriously improved over the past year. My past negative experiences with this McDonald's has been mitigated with excellent service and quality fast food. To the management of this location, thanks and keep up the good work!

This is a great location with great people. To those complaining in the comments about it being slow well, here’s the thing: you can either have fresh food or old food. I can guarantee that you want fresh. WELL, fresh takes time. Also, have you ever worked in the food service industry? Probably not. These workers work super hard, stay friendly and focused, all while being under staffed. Another thing, for the guy whining about having to eat his sonic blast in the cold- get over it!!! It is McDonald’s company policy, as well as any other restaurant, that NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK is allowed in the story. You obviously didn’t mind being in the cold at Sonic to place your order SO, you should be fine to eat it in the cold.

Coolest Manager ever! His name was Bil I believe, he took our order and was super hilarious, the order was perfectly taken. Customer service skills? I think yes!

The food was good. And ive read the reviews. Yes, you might have to wait a while for the food, but you would have to wait longer at sonic ((also a fast food place). You have to understand that sometimes things happen and people dont call to let them know they are not coming, so you know what that means? They are short handed. Which means, they probably have one person taking orders in the back for drive through and one person taking orders at the front counter and taking the food to the window to give the drive threw people their food, and one person bagging it all. They also probably have one person grilling and assembling everything for the drive and the front counter..ive seen that many times. next time you decide to be rude, maybe you should just think about how its going on in there. I know they do really try and they do really care.

It was really nice there. Place was clean and the cashier at the time who's name tag I didn't look for, a girl of 14 or 15 since she had a red hat, was very nice and definitely deserves some credit for her work as the only person on counter.

I absolutely loved working for this establishment. I feel as though the owners hitting on the underage girls working there are the most fabulous of them all.

Hot food and quick service. Take out, so I can't say much about the inside.

Was used just for a bathroom break. MCD is how MCD always is. But the toilets were pretty clean and well I had to go..

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The manager is awesome, oldschool customer service. I'm absolutely blown away impressed.

I love alot of their food, but one of the money/order takers is really sweet and we enjoy talking!
