7-Eleven

Great place for pretty much anything on-the-go. Service is amazing, especially the tall guy that usually works the noon shift. Super friendly, very informative. Great on stop shop.

Coffee is good when it's fresh and the blueberry muffins or good too

My husband buys his coffee here in the morning.

It's a convenience store. It's clean, friendly and higher prices than usual as expected

Excellent customer service.

They know this is the only 7-Eleven in Hagerstown, but the one day they give a free Slurpee's on 7-Eleven day, the slurpee machine is down, Which I guess I was fine with. I just brought a drink in the meantime, but the next day I come in, explained that the manager that the machine wasn't working yesterday, and if that I could get a Slurpee today, instead, I even show my picture of the sign where the machine wasn't working just in case he didn't believe me. The guy was acting like it was coming out his paycheck, I feel like that's something you should grace a customer with considering it was supposed to be free the day Before.

The people in there were so rude and one called me the F-slur on my way out. Wont have my business EVER again 👎🏻

Stopped it get coffee @7:25am.
Only two containers had coffee. One was lukewarm and had to dump it out. Went to the other one and it was hot. Then went to get creamer and the French vanilla was spoiled! Smelled rancid!
Looks like the fridge is too warm.
Decided to get the creamer packets instead but they didn't have any.
Won't be going back!

Pulled up at about 12:30am and took one passing glance at the employee as I’m getting my things out of my car. Apparently this was enough reason for him to come out and demand to know why my partner and I were staring at him (We weren’t, we were both caught very off guard by the question) and what were doing there. Last I checked it’s a place of business and, correct me if I’m wrong, but you usually go to those to, oh, I don’t know, buy things? Must be a crazy concept for that guy. Sad that the standard for employment at 7-Eleven has dropped to less that what I thought was possible. Never shopping here again and I suggest you do the same!

This store continues to go down hill. Staff no longer seem happy to serve customers, obviously would rather be left alone. Unfortunately, this location is the only one convenient for me. Guess i need to start going out of my way as I do enjoy the pizza slices. This location rarely has slices ready and I dont want to wait for them to make them. Stopped today after long day at work for 2 slices and a drink. Eureka!!! Slices (already boxed) ready! Got 2, paid and left. Should have known to check them first, but I didn't. Half way (15 min later) home, open one up to start eating and so burnt it was black, couldnt even tell it was pepperoni. If I can add a pic to this review I will. Very close, maybe already, to never setting foot in this location again. Guess I will need to find something from sheetz instead.

Absolute joke. Went in to get pizza, nobody else in store, got tired of waiting. Employee busy mopping floor and it was obviously below the manager to assist. This is exactly why Sheetz has dominated! Hope they put one close to this place soon!

Their machines are always down here Recently because a serten employee doesn't want to do there job. It would be understandable if it was just one but both are alway down at the same when that one employee is working. Then the one lady that work their is extremely rude. She yelled at my brother to take his hands out of his pocket when he was just standing their. She tried to make me re-buy my cup i had already bought and brought in and she watched me walk in with the cup!

After asking the cashier if she was going to have enough money to cash out lottery tickets she completely ignored me and proceeded to point to a self checker to see if my cards were winners. Again I tried to explain about the amount and she just took my cards and started to scan them to cash them out. Once she got to a certain amount she became very rude to me and then followed me around the store like I was a criminal. As a business owner I don't ever think I would treat someone so disrespectfully especially if I didn't give them the chance to talk in the first place!!

Went to get a free slurpee but they didn't allow it after 5 and closed off the entire slurpee machine to stop people from getting a slurpee.

Hazelnut allergy folks beware. I poured a cup of brazilian today only to find it was hazelnut. Someone brewed the wrong batch. My daughter is highly allergic to hazelnut and I thank God I didn't give her any. Never trust this business not to kill you.
