I’ve ordered thousands of dollars of supplies from Pops over the past two years. Their products are top notch and the service I get from the team is top notch. Anytime I need anything addressed, Dusty gets me taken care in short order. Pops has stood behind every single one of their products, from steel to handles material.

I’ve attempted to spread my business around to other knife material suppliers, but it’s pointless. Nobody in the industry treats customers as good as Pops.

I have made multiple purchases from this shop online and they've all been as promised and expedient. BUT, if you live within 100miles of this shop it's well worth the drive to see it in person. They have items you can't see online and special deals for in person customers as well. Also you are able to save on the freight and get your items that day. With a very friendly and knowledgeable staff this mom-n-Pop's shop is a must have experience for knife enthusiasts. Rather your a collector or a fabricator you should take the trip. I won't be buying my knife supplies anywhere else

THE place to get all of your knife making materials. Various steels, abrasives, and a nice selection of new and vintage micarta to give your blades a ton of character. Shipping and customer service is top notch and their website is super easy to navigate and purchase from. Whatever Pops is selling, I'm buying. What an awesome shop. Three thumbs up.

I've made a few orders from Pop's over the past few months. I also had some questions and they were helpful, responding to my messages via their Facebook page. I'm most impressed with their honesty and integrity. The shipping cost for my last order was less than what the website had estimated, and they refunded me the difference. I didn't even know, they could have easily pocketed the money but instead gave it back. Props to Pops!

Its December 2020, we're deep in a pandemic and the St. Louis post office is buried in a mountain of packages (many of which I'm still waiting for). Meanwhile, Pops is ahead of the game and made sure to offer UPS shipping, and even encourage customers to use UPS to get their packages on time. I ordered about 15 lbs of steel for making knives at 7PM on Dec. 15, and my steel showed up today (December 18th) at noon. To top it all off, it was still cheaper than any other steel supplier I've purchased anything from. I've purchased small knife hardware that cost more in shipping from competing suppliers. I'll be getting my steel exclusively from Pops from now on, and probably the rest of my knife making supplies too. Way to go Pops, you guys are awesome. (No, this is not a paid promotion and I am not affiliated with Pops in any way, aside form being a satisfied customer.)

Ordered from these guys at least half a dozen times now and never once had any issues. Accurate product descriptions, fast shipping, good packaging. Their economy abrasives compare well to big name brands at a fraction of the cost.
