Best phone service! My phone went out back in October. For two months I have been trying to get it back working. I went to the phone servicer, the Geek Squad at Best Buy and even went to the Apple Store to have my phone looked at and fixed. Literally, NO ONE nor NO PLACE could fix it. I happened to be in Moe’s Beauty Supply and saw a sign were they fixed phones. I told him the issues that I was having with my phone. At this point I had lost hope in the phone and I told him that it probably was no use to even try to fix in it. He insisted that he at least tried. I GUARANTEE YOU, IT TOOK MOE ALL OF 10 MINUTES TO GET THE PHONE ON! This is the same phone that had not come on in two months. This is the same phone that Apple, the Servicer Company, and Best Buy looked at and could not even get to come on. MOE had it up in running within 10 minutes. Not only that, I had issues transferring data from one phone to another due to my old phone’s weak battery, none working charging port, and horrible guidance from the service company. MOE took care of all of that. Trust me when I say my phone problem was NOT an easy fix at all! It took a lot of time to fix the issue that I was having. MOE was super patient and knowledgeable of what he was doing! I still cannot believe after two months, my phone is back up and working!

Trust me when I say, if you are having any type of phone issue, regardless of who you have been to and if they have said nothing can be done, take it to MOE! He will fix the issue!
