Amazing service and staff we switched from straight talk to cricket 🦗 and it is the best decision we have ever made way cheaper price as well as very good coverage. When we had straight talk our service constantly had service issues like service going out etc but at cricket we've had 0 issues thank you cricket!

I have been with Cricket for the past 6years and I absolutely love them! Today I needed a new phone since mine was beyond working anymore. Kevin was amazing, informative, and calm underpressure. He had lots of people in the store but made sure everyone was takin care of. You need a raise Kevin!!

I went to cricket wireless yesterday to upgrade 2 phones. I talked to a young lady twice before I went.. Samia is sweet, precious, helpful, and very patient with an old woman. This young lady is a keeper.. You all need to give her a raise. I tried to find the number to corporate in Atlanta to let them know how sweet and precious she is to no Avail. It's a shame that you cannot get in touch with a human on the phone at corporate to praise someone.

Shout out to Kevin Davidson, he really new what I like the red case caught my eye and I was sold. Thanks for your great KYC service.

Clean store and helpful staff. I switched from ATT. Reason for switch was to save money. I pay $125 for 5 phone lines. There is no difference in network service.
