Big Lots

I had not been in a Big Lots store since I moved to Palm Beach County. I walked up-and-down all the aisles, which is what I used to do in the past deep in contemplation. I purchased a few items. Big Lots has practically everything that you need.

The staff is very professional and helpful. I like shopping at Big Lots and their selection of houseware products surprised me!!! I will be returning to stock up. I'll take pictures when I return to the store. Also they are a decent furniture store as well. We've purchased beds and a office chair from them and it's good quality for decent prices.

Good store. Clean and organized. Employees were friendly, a young man was the cashier. He was great. I don't usually go to Big Lot's, but I'll visit this one again...

I went to Big Lots in Pembroke Pines, FL to buy a patio furniture set and was helped by Anna. She was excellent since the second we asked for help. She helped us with everything we needed. We were there for about an hour and she was nothing but kind and helped us with everything. Our experience with Anna was definitely a great one! Thank you Anna!!

I visited your store on Wednesday evening and was very impressed, your staff was very friendly, store was very clean and neat. Miss Acelia, was very courteous and helpful with my husband and I. We were looking for a specific brand of dog food and she took the time to walk us to the correct aisle. Congrats, keep up the good work and great employees.

The gentleman that worked in the furniture department was super helpful and friendly. I had never been in a Big lots before, so I was super happy with how the employees worked. Everyone I had encountered that day were helpful and nice.

Great selection of everything you need with a price you can't walk away from

I want to thank the manager and the staff for their excellent service and all the help for my purchases today. They were beyond helpful, including helping me put the rug I purchased in the car for me. It is so nice to me that service of this level still exists, and I can only encourage others to not only get great prices, but experience such a quality shopping experience.

Broke a glass canister and saw it on line at this store and purchased in the store for $3.00. Lucky me! FYI a very nice lady who told me she has worked for Big Lots for 16 years helped me locate a few other items.. I will say she knows her way around the store. A few encounters with other personnel was really pleasant. Huge variety of all kinds of "stuff".and all at bargain prices.

I love big lots. They have a 20% off friends and family discount. Everything in the entire store is marked down 20% at the register. It's the best place to stock up on things you need around the house. Buy more and save more with the email discounts as well.

Friendly environment. Feels like home. Everyone welcomes you in and the atmosphere is just amazing. Im a frequent shopper and everyone knows me and my family too. Plus the coupons are a plus. Biglots is the place to shop for almost everything. Affordable. Great service. Shopping is a pleasure. Glad I am able to give my review. 😊
