It was my 1st time in the store and I was amazed at the huge selection! I went for one specific item, but I'll definitely go back when I have more time to explore more. The staff was very helpful and attentive!

Very nice. I went twice last week and both times, it was like WOW.. customer service. These days you can't find that. I was, I am really impressed by there efforts to satisfy the customer. This is my new go to store. Thank you so much. Kudos ☺

Good quality mash and costumer service

Service could use some work - not sure if they don't like white people shopping here or if they just don't speak to anyone. Nonetheless I keep coming back because the selection is good and store is clean. Good prices too!

Love it has a selection of hair good quality lots of colors and best of all good customer service

The staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable — they like what they do and if you aren’t rude or come into the store at the last minute (they have families and need to close on time! — and you can order online ) they do whatever is humanly possible within the rules to help. Regular customers treat a lot of the staff like extended family and even call them by name.

One of the widest selections of wigs in the area, and this location specifically is reliable for its well stocked selection of braiding and crochet hair; very rarely do they run out of braiding hair stock unless it’s a specialty color (like the Africana Braid Pink or Green). 👍🏾

Great sale prices and frequent BOGO deals.

I was able to easily find what I was looking for and was able to get in and out. Which is a big plus for me. They also carry some name brand products that salons usually care and they have a huge crochet selection.

My daughter was happy to find lipgloss and nails cheaper than another store.

It was nice. Had alot of interesting products. The people were nice and courteous. I will be back to shop more

Really great customer service the young ladies there were extremely helpful in an out of store order I wanted to place. This location u.s the best one in my opinion because they are helpful and not annoying lol. Thankyou ladies!

Better than most and the manger always has good hair available

It's always great deals on hair here. They usually have discontinued or discount wigs that you can purchase just for fun. You can try blonde hair or purple or red and it not be an arm and a leg to do. They also have the better quality to that's last for those who are weave hairologist. Always has what I need when none of the other stores do

They have alot of hair products, but they're missing some products. So I'll go next door to the 99 cent store to get what they don't have.

Tons of hair and beauty supplies especially for black women. My mom needed help finding a wig and got excellent service.
