Ive been coming here for years to get pre work out, shakes l, etc. and everyone is always so helpful. I had two guys recommend a pre work out specifically for women and im happy to say i really enjoyed their recommendations as well as the benefits it provides. Been going to this location for a while always had excellent service. Today I went in and got my usual shake and had some pleasant conversation with the employees. On my way out I spilled my shake everywhere. They were extremely understanding and kind about it. They made me a new shake free of charge without hesitation. Highly recommend, great people.

Best nutritional shakes anywhere, and so many customizable options. My gym has a smoothie bar in it and I still go out of my way across town to get a far superior shake from here. Always the friendliest staff, and my drinks are always made well. Love the punch card program. Been coming here for years and will continue!

The employees are great here, they will give you assistance with any of the products they sell there, give recommendations and all have experience in working out, nutritional intake, among other areas with fitness.
If one person doesn’t have the knowledge they will ask another employee who does know.
The protein shakes are the best! Wild berry and Butterfinger are two of my favorites.
Wish they had a location closer to Queen Creek or San Tan Valley!

Daniel son assisted me this morning. He smiled so bright and genuine through that mask. My shake is amazing and even got one new spoon after dropping the one in his hand on counter. We need more Daniels in the world. He even let me humor him with my dad jokes. Nice job Daniel son. Keep kickin butt!

Jack (according to the receipt) was very friendly & stretched thin due to the high volume of customers at the time I visited on a Sat early evening. Maintained his composure & professionalism in spite of some unfriendly customers. I will be back. THANKS AGAIN BRADDAH!!!
