The floral department at this store is always organized and well cared for. The plants are in good shape and not left dying on the shelves like some of the stores. I appreciate the good work this florist does. And she's so sweet.

Pharmacy took a while, but not too long.

Otherwise I always enjoy this store!

Big fan of grocery pickup, and have been using it for quite a while through the Fry’s app. Rarely any issues. Pickup order guy Nicholas is always helpful, serving up humor and great customer service every time. He always goes the extra mile and we so appreciate it!

Brian (or Bryan) at the butcher/meat counter was observed to be so very patient with a Fry's customer (an elderly patron) while he previewed various filets of salmon, attempting to decide on which one to purchase. The customer was attempting to determine the best cut between two different filets. The customer cycled between the two filets several times before making his selection. Brian was very patient while the customer decided. As the customer departed with his selection, Brian was so very upbeat and positive with the customer. We need more Brians in a customer service role.

I love Fry's. They have great produce & haven't encountered supply shortage very often.

I would think twice about using pickup during a holiday weekend. The workers are wonderful, but the system doesn't provide the ability to accurately notify when order is delayed.

This is our Local Fry's that we usually go to for the quick pick up's. We have always found that they have a good produce selection. Staff is helpful and courteous. They have some great specials on too with regards to fry points.
The store is clean, and maintained to a high standards. It does get busy at times and the shelves have been low when the hoarders start getting scared.

Got some flowers from Laurie on 10/18/23, she took care of me very well, and offered a lot of great services and knowledge for FREE! She was amazing, courteous, and very knowledgable of what she did. Laurie, my wife loved them! Without you, i may of slept in the dog house (jk) but thank you again. Shes an amazing employee, 11/10, give her a raise!!!

The staff is always friendly, respectful, and helpful, but they seem to either have a high turnover rate or transfer good staff to other stores. The products are organized very well. Though they sometimes relocate whole sections to different aisles. The store has a very inviting atmosphere, but can sometimes be very busy.

Update: the pharmacy is still a separate entity from the store, therefore reviews involving the pharmacy are invalid.

Quick stop at Fry’s today for a grocery pickup. The employee came out right away and we were on our way; easy-peasy!

We love Frys, especially this location...the staff is great and so is the produce. It's an easy store to navigate...it's not huge but it's not small. They have everything needed for small shopping runs or large ones.

Staff are so helpful at this store, veggies are always good quality and super fresh with a decent selection. Good sales on meat. Lots of self checkouts and the line moves fast. Busy parking lot, avoid like the plague on seniors discount Wednesdays on the 1st wed of the month yikes.

Always a good experience . Prices are relevant. The store is clean and organized.

We just moved here about 2 1/2 months ago from another state. I only live about 6 minutes away and I love it! I come here so often! I was there between 7 am and 7:30 am the other day and as soon as I walked in, their staff greeted me so kindly and were talking to me. I started in the bakery and the lady was putting out fresh bread! Not only did it smell just amazing, but she was so very kind to me. She told me Good Morning with a beautiful smile! It made my whole day! Then I went to the meat department. A gentleman also greeted me very kindly and I was so happy! I had to go back to the meat department because I forgot something and another employee also started talking to me. She was so kind also. We chatted a bit and I really appreciated that they were so nice to me. In a world where people are so busy and sometimes so rude, this was so nice for me. It literally made my whole day! I’ve had a very hard time lately so this was so needed! I have never had a bad experience here. This service is great! Even the cashiers have always been so awesome! They always tell me bye and have a good day at the self-check out. Love this store!

Went on Thanksgiving Day, and yes it was packed. The staff were all very friendly, and helpful.

100+ degree weather day in and out this cart pusher here is always pushing 110% of all he has. It’s been quite some time since I have seen somebody put in any effort let alone this much effort. Awesome work !!

My husband and I have only been to this pharmacy twice but each time we have had outstanding service! Yesterday we picked up my prescription, paid for it and left. Christina then called to tell us that she and Sam had researched and found us a significant discount saving us over $100. Wow. We couldn’t believe that they would take tithe time to do this..we are very impressed and very grateful! Thank you wonderful pharmacy employees!! You are the best!!!

Bought a small cake for my sons bday as he wanted to pick out his own. Valerie helped us out immediately, price was crazy reasonable at 13 dollars, and it was delicious. Always a pleasure to stop in to support our local grocer that is doing absolutely amazing things for the community.

Fry's always make me feel right at home. The employees are very professional, kind, friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way assisting me. Every department within the store really understands the true meaning of customer service.

I was going to the Pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The wait was not long and I had a good experience. While I waited I did some shopping and found some excellent deals. I spoke to one of the butchers and he was able to help me find a sale on some steaks for the grill. I gave the store five stars because it was clean, quick and the employees were very helpful.
