Walmart Supercenter

I was so impressed with the cashier. She cared so much about my ability to get to my car since I was using to canes to get around with. She asked permission from the management to help me. WHAT A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

I would like to take this time out to thank "Ty." He was a great help to me. I came to pick up some Sympathy photos of a loss family member, that I did online, but when I got to store the photos were not cut properly. I especially singled out Ty because he patiently took the time out to cut my photos perfectly and provided the envelopes that came with them. Employees like this, make shopping so pleasant and should be awarded. Thanks Ty!!! And thank you Walmart for hiring such a pleasant and patient employee. He made my day! 👍

I have a lot to say about Walmart in Eden North Carolina they are a lazy bunch of workers they always forget to make sure I have all my packages one or two always left behind and I have to go back that day or the next day to go pick them up. I've applied for a job there I have over 35 years experience in customer service and they will not hire me. I really don't know why but I know that I can make a difference maybe it's because I'm not from North Carolina I'm from New York and I worked for one store over 20 years and got a lot of recognition from working there from customers if I wasn't in my department they would walk out and asked when I was coming in again just to see me to help them. And I worked at another store and they have a survey and I got over $101 100% in customer service.

We love going to this Walmart! Always has more merchandise and is more organized and doesn’t have stock everywhere waiting to be put away like the Martinsville one.

Eden. One of the best Walmarts in the country. Friendly. Exceptional customer service. Very nice community. Highly recommended. Will be back. Thank you!

Very clean and organized. All employees were at work, working hard.

Without a doubt, the cleanest & most organized Walmart I've ever been in. Employees were busy working throughout the store, stocking & fronting shelves. Each employee that I asked for assistance was very helpful and courteous.

Need to find ANY location in AMERICA... WITHOUT a GPS or MAP? USE WALMART AS A LANDMARK when asking for-- or giving-- directions.. like, ummmm... does not EVERY ManWoman&Child know where the nearest Walmart is?!? Discovering this SAVED THE DAY for "CompassJeff" when I had NO PHONE OR COMPUTER while driving hundreds of miles in unfamiliar areas... WalmartROCKS... possibly FOR THAT REASON ALONE!!

In a store that usually sucks at customer service I had a wonderful experience today. Employee Jayla stopped what she was doing to help me find an item. She deserves a raise! Walmart needs more like her ❤

The employees that I encountered were very pleasant, found the items I was looking for.
Don't like self checkout. I want a human cashier with whom I can interact and ask questions. Nothing takes the place of the human touch................nothing.

Navigation of aisles was a 3 star rating; signage wasn't obvious like those in other locations. However, the store was WELL stocked and the shelves were organized and visually appealing. The cashier... there was a real, live cashier!... was kind and professional. 5 star for overall experience.

Had everything I had to get they even had enough restistered open did not had to wait that long

Walmart comes through again! They had literally ALL of the assistance buggies charged this evening. My friend was suffering from a severe burn on his leg and was unable to walk around the store. Thank you Walmart, for making sure even the disabled are able to shop!

They got about everything you'd need their, about like any other Walmart.

Very clean. Friendly helpful , staff, good prices and selection. Check out is easy and efficient . The staff at the express checkup was fantastic!! The register was acting up and she was so patient and fixed the problem. She was awesome

I visit this Walmart once a week to shop for my mom in Eden who is in poor health. I'm usually not a fan of this location but today was much different. I needed some assistance in electronics and a sweet young lady was very kind and helpful. I hope I am getting her name correct, Nani. I had several questions about a new phone and needed to purchase accessories. Kudos to this young lady who was pleasant and went out of her way to help me. I was in the store for quite some time and watched as she waited on other customers. She was just as helpful to them. She made a challenging morning much better with her kindness!

Didn't find what I needed but the employee who helped me said that it should be there on the next delivery

Why people complain about Walmart is beyond me. You are getting what you ask for, lower prices. With that comes sacrifices. Be nice, and they will be nice to you. they have a tough job for very little play. Thank you to Amy and Tina 8n the Pharmacy for being so nice and committed.
