I go here often, just decided now to leave a review. Cody knew his plants well and was on a superb customer service skills game today on 14 June 2021 @ 11:30a.m. He went above and beyond today. Thank you Cody!

We shopped the garden side and there was only one cashier over there on Mother's day. Her line was as long as one of the garden aisles. She was so pleasant and actually the other lady working on that side was extremely friendly. Both deserve a raise

Came here for a bathroom vanity light. They have a beautiful lighting section, with one entire wall for bathroom lighting. We had already been looking for a couple weeks so were happy to find something we liked in stock. All of the associates were so helpful and friendly. Nice surprise these days! Thank you for making this painless. Will definitely be back.

I am very thankful that they honor veterans with a 10% discount all the time now!

Our most recent visit to this home depot was great. What we were looking for was in stock and Ron, in kitchen design, was a big help. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He made it a really good shopping experience.

Always a helpful place with nice staff willing to help Stores usually pretty clean have a big selection tools and hardware. pro service staff is nice also plus their open Saturday pro service at lowest is not

The customer service at Home Depot is fantastic!! Ted in the paint department was incredibly helpful. He answered all of our questions, was kind, and didn't get frustrated with our lack of paint knowledge. Ted deserves a customer service award!!! We're definitely going to Home Depot from now on for all our paint needs.

Once again nothing but good to say about this store friendly workers and normally whatever I need is in stock. It's not my number one store Charlestown Home Depot is normally my first stop. Well once again I stand amazed at the good service I get recently purchased a grill and the one I wanted was on the top shelf needless to say they send a young lady to take care of it this was an amazing thing to watch. The grill a good size and about 100 lb keep in mind this was a small young lady she wrestled that grill off the top shelf on a high lift with all ease Big 👍 to that young lady thank you for your service and the grill is amazing. And might I add the box was showing some extreme Wear and taped up needless to say they gave me a discount for the damaged box everything was there and I saved money another happy experience at home Depot !!

Great location and customer service and construction supplies

This time, my experience was great. I checked in from the parking lot and someone was out within 5 minutes with my purchase. The time before, I checked in from the parking lot, but waited 25 minutes and no one came. I had to go in and learned they had not received my check in. Don't know what happened!

The three ladies working the customer service counter were extremely helpful and should be commended on their outstanding customer service skills! Not only did they hold down the customer service counter, but they went above and beyond to bring the merchandise we ordered to the front in a timely manner. Great team work and great personalities, Home Depot should be very proud of these three ladies for their commitment to excellence and for showing customer's some old fashioned hospitality. It was truly a pleasure shopping there today, thanks again ladies

I went in tonight with my husband to purchase a water heater and wow the customer service was exceptional. The guy that helped us (Ivon ) was so courteous, helpful, and professional. Everyone in there was actually very kind and helpful. Definitely will only shop at this Home Depot. Thank you Home Depot and crew!

Was helped right away, and the price compared to lowes for the item I bought was so much cheaper. 8$ vs 16$! Like what?!

Gregory in appliances is wonderful! He was very helpful and patient with me while exchanging my appliances. It’s was a very complicated process that he made a lot less painful and was so pleasant the whole time.
