T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I went to this TMOBILE to buy a new phone. The person who helped me, Ali, was exceptional. I had many questions and he answered them all in a way that I could understand. I ended up buying a new phone and all the accessories that I would need. As I was waiting for Ali to acquire all of my new purchases, I spoke with the Manager, Raiden, about TMOBILE home internet services. He was very helpful and explained the service. I will be going back to them for all of my phone and internet services.

Very friendly staff who got me exactly what I needed quickly and efficiently along with some friendly chatter. Nice clean store and a fair price for the service provided. Carl deserves a raise for his customer service skills.

I am writing a review on T-Mobile that is located at Gilbert and Octillo the people that work there are Karen, Ian the store manager, Alondra, assistant manager and Carl. All 4 of these people were the most friendly informative and knowledgeable people that I have ever been acquainted with at any of the T-Mobile stores. Where I used to go I had an old Samsung phone and I needed to know to do when I purchased a new phone and took it to this location at Gilbert and Octillo. All 4 of these people were so good they listened to everything I had to say. They took my phone, they took all my information on my pictures on my everything and transfer them onto the new phone. It was very easy very nice and it was not a quick push push to try to sell me more items that I needed or wanted. I went to a different store and was not pleased I was pushed and pushed into trying to buy more than I wanted and telling me how bad a shaped my phone was in and acted like I was some senior. Neather that was not the case at all I truly will suggest and have suggested this particular T-Mobile location. If these 4 are any one of these 4 people are working there at the time that they go if not find out when they will be back there or where they have gone to. They are excellent I plan on going back to have them help me with my new case that I have purchased. Thank you T-Mobile for hiring such professionals.

I’d give Ian, Carl & Alandra 6 Stars if I could. I went in their store with a complex problem to transfer phone numbers and phones. T-Mobile‘s customer service number couldn’t solve my problem but these three did. They handled it like pros and the problem was solved in 15 minutes! Super happy customer here.

I came in on a Sunday morning at open and Caesar was right there to assist me. I had a phone from a carrier that uses T-Mobile cell towers, but they do not service the phone agreement. However, Caesar found the information I needed to access to fix the device I had. Just a nice honest experience.

My wife and I stopped in with our new phones to get our data transferred from our old phones and Cyrus accomplished it flawlessly. What a nice young man and so friendly and professional. Our phones were old but Cyrus took the time to complete the transaction and had the patience of Saint. He sure made the experience very enjoyable. We now have a friend at T Mobile.

Came here a while back with my family. We had tried a different T-mobile at Chandler Fashion mall, but the kid there didn't seem to know much. The young man maybe been new, but the others standing around watched and never said a word. We came here and the people working there were extremely knowledgeable about what plans were available, the current deals we could apply, and was very personable. The questions we had were answered and we received the service we needed. Some guy even showed up to yell at a young lady working while we were there. Even he was dealt with professionally and courteously! My family and I were very impressed with this location, would absolutely recommend!

Needed cell phone help. They were great. Solved my problem, and off we went. We did not wait long. Went in mid-day and were taken care of in less than 5 mins. We like t-mobile and have been w them almost 10 years. I think they take decent care of their customers. Checked into other companies like Verizon but wi) stay w tmobile and their Sr Plan for now.

Busy store however they try to be efficient with the customer. Usually in and out 20 minutes at most.

Cyrus was eminently helpful and gracious, even though I wasted his time.

I've been to this store numerous times, and they always seem to be able to fix my problems.

Have visited this store approx. six times & customer service always exceptional. Cyrus is always professional, experienced & patient with explanations & never seemed rushed. Cyrus always "goes the extra mile" . Thank you..............

I am a former Verizon customer who went to the T-Mobile store where T-Mobile store where Cyrus and a car work. I was looking for a complicated setup transferring my line from Verizon to T-Mobile and then convert my phone and a new T_mobile to have 2 numbers on one phone, one I would have to buy that day. This wss a complex setup but Cyrus and as the assistant manager Kiara worked with me throughout the afternoon and into the early evening to get this configured exactly the way I wanted. This is how customer service used to be and as it should be Kudos to T-Mobile. Lem Moye

Went to Ocotillo T-Mobile store 127E in Chandler on March 17 ( 7pm) & 21 (4pm). The customer service reps were wonderful. Shout out to Ian, Kiara & forgive me did not get the 2nd rep name on March 17. They were very detailed oriented & take the time needed with the customer & Very much appreciated.

"Paul" was EXTREMELY willing and helpful in explaining all our concerns. He also explained the specials that were available. He is a REAL ASSET to this company. So rare in this day and age. THANK YOU PAUL!
