Gilbert & Ocotillo Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center

Kids love to come here and find treasures, it's also why I love to shop here. I've found great finds like things I need to expensive items to resell. Always have an eye out for a diamond in the ruff.

Probably the best Goodwill I've ever been to. Extremely clean and nice staff with an insane amount of cool electronics and appliances with VERY reasonable products. I got a 3D printer here!! Incredible!!

We drove 20 minutes to come here. Clean. Nice stuff. Huge store. Not much furniture. But tons of clothes. Nice quality adores the board.

I have mixed feelings about this store, the staff and managers are extremely kind and do their job amazingly. I came to this store with the intention of buying a single item, and left with 800$ worth of items in consecutive transactions. I can only blame the customers as their constant misplacement of items led to my findings. Im quite happy with my items though and I’ve definitely never seen a store this stacked before. Will definitely be returning!

Everything was good buuuuuut ,well doing a return the manager seem to be having a bad day . He seem very annoyed by me . Then again everyone has there off day. This is why I'm still giving 5.stars......buttttt then again I see how corporate treats there employees my 5 stars go to the manager

The manager named Mike and cashier named Ian are incredible employees! They provided outstanding customer service and made my me feel valued as a customer.

This location has tons of donations and is reasonably priced. The employees are friendly and helpful. I have purchased several items and have been pleased. Anytime I am in the area, I make it a point to shop at this location. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves thrifting and a great bargain!

Fairly nice and well lit. A little hard to spot from the road until you are right there. It's a pretty big store and is fairly clean and had tons of stuff when I went. Good selection compared to some of the others.

We go on Tuesday because it is Sr day /25% off. Needed to get a couple of long sleeve white cotton shirts to wear gardening. Found them for a 👍 price. We Ck 📚 too. And 🔧 s. Masks still required. GW is worth the trip... Do not waste money on new if used will do. Ample parking in front.

My feet were being squished in me boots. Shot right over to the shoe department to get me some flip flops. The lady that was working, was most friendly, welcoming. One could tell she enjoyed her job and people. Which boosted my mood making shopping more enjoyable. 🙂

Ive been coming to this specific goodwill for some time and always receive great customer service from the staff and manager Mike. Its one of the best goodwills Ive been too and I will definitely continue shopping here!

Brand new location. Clean, organized and well stocked! The employees were super nice. The cashier reminded me of a 25% student discount. I'll be there often looking for great deals.

This is probably the best Goodwill ever. Frequent donations, clean, friendly staff, and fantastic stock. On many occasions I've found brand new designer clothing with tags at steal prices.

A tip for frequent shoppers - if you aren't there on half-price Saturdays, use the 20% off Arizona Goodwill monthly coupon made available on their site (search 'arizona Goodwill coupon').

Housewares, shoes, and furniture are especially good here.

Cleanest, most open, airy and well organized Goodwill I have been in to date and I pretty much frequent them all within a 50 mile radius on a monthly basis. This store is a pleasure to treasure hunt in. I can't say that about all the stores but this one is quite nice.

Since moving to Mesa from Pittsburgh this year, I have shopped at about 6 other Goodwill locations and this one is the best. They may not have as much Furniture as some other places but the clothing selections were great and I have to say that everybody who works there was really very nice and helpful!

I always find great deals there. I found a oil pain ting that I paid $20 for and I looked up the artist and it is valued at $400.00, not a bad investment and I also found a beautiful clear crystal vase for $5 and called at $129 because it has an etched with the artist name. Remember one man's junk is another man's treasure 😉

This Goodwill was huge! Had a great selection at a great price! My cashier was pretty cute! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. 😁👍

Always friendly and helpful. Awesome place to go. I dislike all the resellers though. They buy 6 carts at a time on half off day. It seems ridiculous.

I love goodwill, its the main place I shop because things are cheap and I can always find something I like unlike most stores, this specific is just like all other Goodwill's and did not disappoint! Definitely suggest going here!!
