AT&T Store

AT&T 2617 Lakewood Village has great staff. Everyone was busy assisting other paying customers when I walked in, but each person stopped to solute me upon arrival. I asked what time were they closing, and a man who looks like he might be the manager said to me, "when you're done getting helped." I only had to wait 1 minute after they told me to have a seat and someone will be with me shortly. I went to the store on Thursday 03/07/24 close to 8:00 p.m. Please give this staff that was at work during this hour some praise and recognition.

Roslyn is the most amazing and wonderful associate that att has. I appreciate her for all she has done. I will be back to see her for my future needs.

The woman who assisted me was extremely helpful. She was amazingly friendly and made me very comfortable while speaking with her. Her positive energy was captivating, I couldn't have asked for better assistance. I hate that I can't remember her name but I'll always remember her face and how well she treated me.

Customer representatives are always nice and attentive to my needs. They provide me the solution I need every visit. I live about 20 minutes away and bypass several ATT locations because of your team's customer service.

We had a problem with inappropriate Facebook postings. Christian was very knowledgeable, polite & professional. He not only fixed our phones, but also taught us how to remedy the problem, if it ever happened again. We would highly recommend him for any service you need concerning your phones. Great young man!!!you

Ken at the Lakewood village AT&T store in North Little Rock was a true angel!! I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness!!! He was the most helpful and kindest person that has ever helped me in an AT&T store…EVER!

Anthony is an excellent AT&T representative! He has worked with two customers at the same time in the spirit of excellent and has been patience personified. He has honored all of my requests and TRIED to keep my bill low per my original request, even when I changed my mind. If you have an issue that needs to be addressed, but don't know who to speak t, I can and will highly recommend Ms.Marshea Fudge,who is a Retail Sales Consultant at this store.
I had the pleasure of meeting her when I really needed help...and she went to work on it, gave me options to remedy my situation, and tolerated me like a 🏆 champ...thank you, sweetheart 😊

Mrs. Chambra was our store rep. that waited on us and she was Amazing! She was very knowledgeable of what she was doing. She was very patient with us and she did not leave us until everything was done. She deserves a raise! Kudos to Mrs. Chambra!

Mrs. Roslyn was absolutely fantastic! She was very helpful and answered every question we had and also gave us honest answers. AT&T in North Little Rock is extremely lucky to have such an amazing employee!!

The store staff were extensive helpful and friendly. Christian assisted me and was able to address all my needs in a timely manner.
He went above and beyond to assist me and even helped setting up my new phone and apple watch. We were able to switch my service plan to a lower and more affordable one with unlimited data.
Extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning with my mother to assist her with her upgrade.
All in all a great experience.
