The best truck service stop in this State! Wait time was minimal for a new steer tire and pm. LJ-mechanic is top notch and great personality! Angie at the service desk is wonderful. They make ya feel at home here and actually do a great job and not waste your time. I’d give a 10/10 star⭐

I had a trailer issue. The daytime service writer, went above and beyond, to find the parts. Curtis was excellent getting me out, after the parts arrived. Would not hesitate to use this shop again, if the need arises. Thanks Prescott T/A!

Practically the definition of "can't complain." Solid food variety, enough room in the building, clean enough.

I am truly thankful that God blessed me to meet Ms star and Ms Dania at the subway Tonight. As they were wrapping up and about to close I walked in unaware that they were not 24 hours. They were nice enough to fix me something to eat with awesome attitudes and great service. I know lots of people that would have gave me a different experience but they took good care of me. I am thankful ladies. Be blessed

Great experience! Cashier was friendly and helpful. The young ladies in Taco Bell were too. Restroom was clean. Great job to the entire team!

Wide open truck parking area. Was really nice to have that after driving 10 hours. Thank you to all the staff that works here. Shout out to Mario the porter, working his tail off to make sure the facility is clean and stocked. Mario is the true MVP for solving the toilet paper crisis. Who raids toilet paper dispensers? But all in all this guy needs a raise. Amazing work ethic. Thanks to the men and women who work here and give us a little bit of hospitality while we are away from our family.

I had a wonderful experience the best I've ever had at a TA shop had a blown airbag on my tractor spent a lot of time in and out of the waiting area was treated like family very respectful

Customer service in the fuel island is awesome and the Country Kitchen is amazing! Hot food taste just like home! And it's open 24 hours

Beware drivers - There are some big potholes here big enough to destroy your truck. Other than that parking lot is huge which is my only requirement to give any place a 5star rating.

Hot food 24/7 and lots of truck parking. 2nd biggest TA Truck stop iv seen in the country. Taco bell and a Subway.

Showers were CLEAN, Water Pressure was sufficient! The Laundry Room is set up to take cards as well as coins. I love the option of using a card!

Not a bad place to stay on 30. Bout the only Ta on I30 that I stay at. But the biggest issue I have with this Ta is some of the bigger companies using this location to swap trailers. If there’s no parking they just park in the middle making it really hard to pull out or back into a spot. Werner is a prime example of doing this. Along with Central, Fed Ex, Pam were the ones today doing this nonsense. I understand they have to do it. But if I’m looking for parking and find 5 Werner trailers dropped and their bobtails in other spots that is irritating as hell. Please Ta do something bout this. I noticed it happens at Ta’s a lot. Sweetwater is also bad with Werner doing it there. That’s my issue. Other than that the staff is pleasant and food is good.

Standard big truck-stop type location. Separate areas for autos/trucks.Wide variety of snacks and fast foods. Showers, etc available.

I had a good experience with the Repair facility very honest people

The fuel island staff is always friendly polite and professional here. Cannot always say the same for inside the store. I very seldom go in there the experience there is about 50/50... The only problem is sometimes the women's bathroom on fuel island is occupied by a man. They do need to find a different contractor to fix the parking lot. The last fix failed miserably. And the back lot could use better lighting. But thank you for not having a large amount of paid parking. As your sister petro in n little rock. It's hit and miss there if you'll get friendly service and the quick food is not always good.

I had a lot of things done to truck an trailer. Todd an Tim were the mechanics doing the work an did an awesome job an the lady’s at the front counter were very nice. Over in the fuel island store the lady’s there were also very nice. An the manager of the shop manager Roy is nice

Very nice! Rest rooms were very clean at 3:30am. There is a very nice young lady who greeted me as I walked into the store area. Thank you!

Great stopping place they've got everything. If you're into strong coffee try their extreme. Yes it is Extreme. Clean restrooms. Taco Bell Subway and a buffet restaurant. Easy access for big trucks. They also have a good selection of clothing Sundries and truck stuff.

Good place roads comming in can be rough just take it slow. Plenty of diesel pumps

I must have hit it lucky today according to all the negative post. The showers were SUPER CLEAN :), THE staff was very friendly... we ate at country pride and had an adorable waitress... she was very sweet,and freindly. Happy my experience was better than yours.
