Want to give a huge thank you to Ty at Prescott Automotive. He was extremely helpful to our group. After our car broke down on the highway, he gave us a quick tow and even offered to let us drop our luggage off at a hotel before taking us to the mechanic, which we did. Super nice guy and excellent customer service. Highly recommend and very grateful for his consideration. Thanks again, Ty!

We love the people at Prescott Automotive!! Our truck broke down and we got an immediate tow to their shop. The guys there were diligent and honest. When they told us it was not going to be a quick fix, they allowed us to leave it there and wait for the wrecker to schedule us. Such great and honest people!! We are from out of town and will come back to Prescott Automotive for service! Keep up the great work!! Ya’ll are wonderful!!

Great service. The workers are very understanding and reliable. They’ll do anything to try and get you back on the road as fast as possible.

Man where do I start!! From Texas on a bike had a flat. Cameron went above and beyond and even helped us figure out a plan. There are not enough words. He dropped us off at a hotel with our bike. Really the Gratitude my husband and I have for him goes without out words because there is not enough. Thank you so much Cameron.

Towing service was amazing. The dispatcher responded quickly with an ETA. Cameron the driver was helpful and very professional. He knows his job well and is definitely a 5-star employee. I highly recommend this business!

They looked at my truck and were straight forward with me, and pointed me in the right direction to a shop that could better help my needs. Very thankful for their kindness and helpfulness.

They were very prompt to respond to the service call. And they came out when they said they would. The driver was very communicative when trying to locate our vehicle.

The tow truck driver (Jim) came to help us with a tire change. He arrived quickly and was very friendly.
He directed us to a place where we could have out flat tire repaired. It was later in the evening and on the weekend, so it was nice to have it repaired. We were on vacation and were able to reach our destination in time.
Highly recommend to use them if in need.

My husband, our dog, and I were stranded at a welcome center on our way from TX to NY. Thankfully, Jim was there for us in no time to tow us to the car shop. He was so nice and great to chat with during our ride to the shop. Would definitely recommend his services. 10 out of 10!

I broke down late at night on a weekend. They came and got my Tahoe and trailer, gave me recommendations for food and lodging and got me in the service bay first thing upon opening. They also picked me up when my Tahoe was ready. Overall price was reasonable.

Thank y'all so much for your tire service on a Sunday! Not only did they have a brand new (odd size tire that our car requires) tire in stock, but they also got us back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time.

I got an interlock installed today and they had exceptional customer service and their prices are the most reasonable! While I was there, two other people were in and out within very reasonable time! Would highly recommend for any of your car service!

He was Friendly, Professional, and Very Knowledgeable! He tried many things to get us going, but in the end we neded a tow. We are So Appreciative for such Wonderful Service! Thanks!

Broke down 500 miles from destination at 4am with 6 small kids in the van. Jace was out with a tow truck in less than 15 minutes and shuttled us to a hotel in multiple trips, making sure we were safe and warm before loading up our vehicle. Robert diagnosed and repaired our van quickly and efficiently - we were back on the road by early afternoon. They were kind, courteous, and most importantly didn't charge me an arm and a leg! If you're local, or an unlucky traveler like me, these are your guys. Thanks for everything Prescott Automotive, from the Beaton family.

Jim took care of my harley davidson like it was his own I would highly recommend

My car was totalled in an accident and Prescott Automotive arrived just minutes after being called. They were efficient and friendly and towed my car to their shop all while I was on the phone to my insurance company. They stayed after hours to get me taken care of and they even drove me 30 miles back to my home. I appreciate their above and beyond professionalism. They made a bad situation better.

These guys really helped me out while road tripping when my under carriage cover fell off on the highway. They got me in immediately and I was back on the road within 10 minutes. Fantastic, quick, friendly service. Can’t thank them enough!

Jim and his boss took real good care of us. I didn’t know where I was on the highway, but they got this cool thing that pings your phone and they come right to you within like 10 minutes.

Jim then later drove us back to Memphis which was a 4 hour or 240 miles trip tow. Jim is a great guy and great story teller. I would highly recommend their service as they take good care of their customers.
