My wife asked me to tag along, and I always had a preconceived notion that the prices here were astronomical. However, they had a lot of great deals, and the environment was fresh, and stylish. I know where I’m going the next time we need candles!

I’ve gone to this store only a few times. The people who work here have been beyond helpful and kind every time. They’re very knowledgeable about the products, and are happy to help every customer. I watched one lady (Morgan, I think is her name) answer questions and help about 4 customers back-to-back. I think she crossed the length of the store each time finding exactly what each person needed. When I walked up and asked her a question, she greeted me with a genuine smile. Not only is the customer service superb, but the store is very clean, well organized, and always fully stocked. I think I’ll be visiting the store more often!

Very friendly staff, amazing atnosphere, and great selection! Shout out to a Ms. Arie, who helped me with inventory availability over the phone and with scent selection/recommendations in-person!!!

I placed my order online. They notified me when it was ready & I just drove to the store & picked it up. Walked in, showed my DL & received me order. 😁 Easy peasy!

Favorite Bath & Body Works location! The service was great. When you walk in to any Bath & Body Works, you will always be greeted... but at this location, they greeted you at the door with a more genuine conversation and then each worker we encountered throughout the store spoke to us as well. They all seemed extra friendly and eager to help and answer any questions. I will definitely return.

So many options to pick from for all the Moms out there. Beautiful smelling candles. Body sprays and hand lotions galore. Spend 30 dollars or more on other products and get a large sized sized carry bag with a wide variety of great products for 30 dollars. Awesome present for the young children to give to mom. Lovely place to visit and shop at.

Very nice store. Clean and friendly staff. They are currently following the guidelines to protect others from covid-19. They have hand sanitizing stations and are only letting 18 people at a time. You also pick your own bag to shop. Even before the coronavirus it is a great store. Totally recommend!

Busy and the staff worked to keep the shelves full. The store was packed. Just before the holiday and Black Friday but the lines were fast.

OMG!!!! This staff was suuuuuuuuuuuuper amazing!! I went in with 15min left before closing & THE ENTIRE store was pleasant from the front to the back! They did not act like they we're closing, they were turned up!! Aaaaye😂😂, I will definitely recommend the Bath & Bodyworks on Chenal in Little Rock, Ar. Keep up the awesome job ladies & gentleman.

The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their soaps. I specifically wanted eucalyptus mixed with another scent and they were able to select several scents mixed with eucalyptus even though it didn’t say so in its title.

I highly recommend their foaming hand soaps!! The selection is crazy! Try several during the sales.

We went for the body lotion sale and to use our coupons. The store had a large selection and knowledgeable staff. Trying a new scent, Bonfire Bash.

Drove from Maumelle to the Promenade Store because the internet stated the store was open, when I arrived there was a handwritten note on the door that the store would open on June 5th. Disappointing.
Hope everyone is safe however the internet information needs to be updated! Returned after opening, everyone very nice and organized keeping workers and public safe!

I love walking into B&BW. I love their lotion scents and candles! I need to get back in there and buy some more! Very sweet and helpful staff too.

When visiting they were having a 2 for 2 candle sale. The clerks were very helpful, making sure we knew about the sales AND asking us if we were aware of the coupons via email.

Great items and great employees.
