Honestly one of the best kept secrets in Little Rock. Extremely peaceful, nice folks enjoying the trails and a very large lake with nice views. The bathrooms within the Cabo Theatre are also extremely well kept and spacious. Cute little gazebo out of the way too. Sometimes it can be a bit nosy with traffic driving around on Denny Lane but it’s not too bad to ruin a good experience. Highly recommend this park, definitely my favorite in the Little Rock region.

Wonderful shady trails. My dog loves fetching sticks in the lake. The gazebo is whimsical, as are the sculptures throughout the park and the Asian water garden. The Wild 40 is not blazed regularly, so be sure to wear long pants, apply bug spray, and be prepared for ticks and spiders. The annual events through the performing arts center are super fun and family friendly.

Nice beautiful, serene and calm place for everyone. It has beautiful collection of plants and trees of different types. The spring blossoms are full of vivid colors. There are trails if you wanna want to hike, walk the dog, a nice little lake to fish and a beautiful gazebo where u can just relax and see the lake view.

The park is very beautiful. Especially for special events like the Lanterns Festival. We went for the lanterns festival and got to enjoy food from seven different continents. They had food from Asia, Morocco and even Ireland. It was a beautiful night and the lanterns were well lit up and they had performers singing and even fire dancers. We really enjoyed ourselves and so did the kids. I'm not sure how this park looks like or what attractions it has to offer when there are no special events because that was our first time there, but I can imagine that it's a beautiful place to go for a walk during the day. The staff there for that event were very friendly and helpful and it seemed that wherever we went there was always somebody there to assist us in case we needed anything. Will most likely be back for other events and probably on a normal day just to go for a walk.

Wildwood Park for the Performing Arts is a serene place to visit for a nice back to nature recharge. There are multiple trails to hike with beautiful vistas to see that overlook Swan Lake. The neatest spot is the gazebo on the ar end of the lake. It is a big and beautiful rock structure right on the edge of the water. I saw a lot of flowering plants that were about to blossom. I am sure that in a few weeks the dogwoods will be in full bloom.

We got married at Wildwood on May 22 and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. It was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have wanted. Ryn worked with us throughout the whole process and helped make our day great. Absolutely loved it here!

We did the Wild 40 hike. My hubbie never thought it was going to end as it loops back on itself several times. He thought we were lost. Lol, it was a beautiful day!!

Although it was the end of October and had rained a lot early in the day .. we enjoyed our walk around two of the trails Must be beautiful in the spring?! Sure wished I'd had my rig .. certainly would have wet a line in the (catch & release only) pond. With all the benches and wonderful views, this would be a great place to relax & unwind with a book or a snooze!! We will definitely visit on our next trip to Little Rock.

I was in town visiting for the marathon and looked up what was going on. Thought the Lantern festival sounded neat. I think they had way more interest than they planned for as nearly everything was sold out about halfway into the event. Originally they stated they wouldn't refund money for the paper currency you needed to buy, but as everything was sold out, they changed that policy. They didn't give us any hassels over it and were apologetic even.

Very fantastic and visually interesting festival. For sure something I would attend again if I were in the area! The park itself looked very beautifully maintained and we even saw a swan; fitting considering it's called swan lake!

We went for the lantern festival which was magical, had great food, fire dancers, mermaids, floating lotuses with candles, and more. The daffodils we're blooming and the grounds are maintained well.

If you go to the lantern festival here are a few tips:
Buy your tickets in advance online
Expect to enjoy the evening in lines to get food (not super speedy)
If you do not have to bring a stroller, don't. Too many people to manuever well.
Bring cash
Bring your walking shoes

We went for the Festival and had so much fun as a family learning about the different countries. My son loved the Mushroom scavenger hunt.

Big, beautiful venue. Lovely trails, beautiful bodies of water. I heard there is a castle around there but didn't have time to see it for myself. Such a lovely place for parties, weddings, or yoga festivals like we did.

We love to go walk the trails and have a picnic. Our favorite new additions are all the swings that can be found throughout the walking path.
