I definitely wish this location wasn't so far from where I live at because I received amazing customer service from Shane he not only helped me create a One-Stop nutritional account but he made my meal replacement amazing! Shout out to him and give him his kudos he is great

They really always prepare it delicious in the morning, afternoon and evening my favorite cappuccino and they are very kind

Very helpful staff in the shop today. Asking the right questions helping me to find a good joint suppliment. I picked up a few shots of preworkout today but ill be back for a good joint sup. Thanks guys

My husband and I came here to grab some pre-workout and we had an employee who did such an INCREDIBLE job explaining everything we needed to prep for the gym. His name is Hunter. We will absolutely be coming back more often because of him. Thank you!

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. I had the opportunity of Bre making my smoothie. She was so patient when explaining all the different options to me. Best place to get your work out shakes from! I’ve been going for a few months now, and I keep going back because 1. The shakes are BOMB and 2. The staff.
I usually run into the same people, Sara who is super friendly and funny! She’s a rockstar and always remembers my order! 😊
Shout out to Liz too, these two can have a line of 10 people in there but they are seriously shake ninjas, remembering everyone’s order, training, managing and knocking out the shakes in minutes... all with smile. So glad I decided to try One Stop... forever customer thanks to the amazing staff!

Just got done ordering a shake and what an experience. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and assisted me and all my needs. Will definitely be getting my shakes from here instead of LA Fitness from now on. My only regret is not getting her name so I can give a proper shout out

After my workout next door, I ordered a mango weight-gainer shake which happened to be the most delicious shake I have ever had. Great people. I will be calling them later today to get the recipe. FIVE STARS!!!

This OneStop is great has employees that are well educated with fitness and health. Bre is super friendly and helpful. She is like one of the girls in the movie wonderwoman the tall beautiful amazonians so that’s cool

I love this place. I come here about 5x a week. They have the best shakes and great tanning beds. All the staff members are friendly and they are knowledgable about anything related to fitness. Both the owners are great guys.

I came here recently to check the place out and found it appealing. The menu has shakes for a variety of flavors also with the options for add ins like multivitamins and supplements. This shop specializes particularly in exercise nutrition which is great if you happen to have a membership to the neighboring L.A. Fitness. A simple shake starts at $5 and more with added items. I had a banana shake here and was great after being out in the Arizona sun. There are also products to purchase independently such as protein powder, assorted supplements and shaker bottles. If you are into shakes and nutrition this would be one stop to try out.

Went into One stop after my workout. I got the best strawberry banana protein shake. It was so good I went back to the gym for a second workout! Great staff and excellent ownership.

Awesome staff with even better shakes/smoothies. Product selection is pretty good for the store size and the staff do not push any house products on you at all. I love this chain of stores!

Couldn't recommend this place any more! Great and knowledgable staff, always willing to assist you with any questions you may have. Also, the smoothies are very tasty.
