I guess my experience is different than a lot of others but I have had great service at this pharmacy. The staff have been nice and extremely helpful.

This is my \"home\" store. I go there at least once a week for my meds and my 83 year old mom's meds. The staff at the Pharmacy are all top notch. I am \"high maintenance\" with requests for 90 day supplies frequently. They ALL maintain a professional attitude, and are generally friendly and happy to help.

Great service from staff. Visited multiple times for family prescriptions and always quick easy pick ups. Lots of convenience items of all types. Nice shop setup.

Their systems for handling prescriptions can sometimes be confusing especially if you travel and use multiple CVS stores. We have had prescriptions delivered to the wrong CVS and it was a hassle to get the medicine resent and not screw up the number of refills left.

Lia in managing a different customers relations issue handled with grace and composure! We need more people like Lia! Thank you!

Teresa was prompt and friendly and was able to help me with product info. Mike was super helpful, friendly, and assisted with a product issue efficiently when visiting today.

Pharmacy team is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly.

CVS Groton is always busy! That's not the staffs fault...please be kind as I'm sure the work is stressful...in 6 years zero mistakes...excellence in my book!!! Thank you guys and gals...ignore the crabbies

This CVS seems to always have what you need at least I’ve never had to go there and say I couldn’t find what I was looking for and the lady that works here name Julia she is very polite and very helpful to the store she can help you find anything there

Just down the road from Kimball Farms. Good customer service. Was only able to buy two products when coupon required purchase of three. Was given coupon anyway since it wasn't my fault they didn't have them in stock.

Always have great service in this particular location. The staff have always been helpful and friendly in the pharmacy and at the front end. Much better than the Westford store.

They have improved dramatically the staff change in the Pharmacy is wonderful now and even the front end are awesome. Remember too keep a good attitude and you’ll be surprised what a difference it makes

Visited this store to get frames and glue for a photo collage I am assembling. Got both items and was on my way home in less than 5 minutes.

Convenient place to go pick up an umbrella if it's raining or a gift card for a friend's birthday. Everything is very clean and orderly.

My boy is on a very special formula. I have to search around for it. The staff at the check are very friendly and knowledgeable.

They have everything a drug store should have.

I like coming to this CVS store. The service is good.
