I went to the store in Littleton MA for some advice on a sculpture base I was making. Jim, who was helping me with this project, offered a solution that was both practical and cost-effective. His expert direction helped me produced the desired outcome that I was looking for. This will be my go to hardware store now even if it's a little bit further than the one I normally go to.

Went into store to pickup order placed online. Lady customer service rep was very friendly, professional and smiling. Too often people working in public don’t realize how effective a smile is.

Recently had a paint specialist at the Littleton store help me select the correct oil-based primer product to seal back ceiling and wall stains from a washing machine leak - after my first try at sealing them with a water based primer I had on hand (which had worked OK for a winter ice dam stain) failed. He explained that if the leak water contained detergent, the stain was more likely to bleed thru a water based primer - makes sense in retrospect.

boils down to quality products at reasonable prices but what's more important is the quality of staff who I have always found to be very helpful, personable and a real joy to work with!

Our local Littleton hardware store is wonderful. I had to pick out paint samples for my walls. Never any rush or push from any of the associates which was nice. It took me a while. The gentleman who assisted me in paint was wonderful and answered all my questions.

Tried repairing toilet with a new washer for fill tube, that didn't work so brought it back and exchanged for new fill tube without any hesitation. Good home town hardware store.

Great location to get your hardware stuff and equipment. Overall prices are quite fair. I would say the only problem for this store is when there is a holiday. They have on their online that they are open but they are currently closed during that holiday and they leave their option online on, which makes the customers think they are still currently open during that holiday and waste their time driving to the store to find out they get there and it’s closed when I say is it open? Recommend that is to be changed so others don’t need to waste their time I’m driving to the store and they are closed on holidays, overall great product and service
