CVS

Thanks to kierrah in pharmacy. She help me over the phone today and had such a positive attitude and very helpful. I appreciate her patience today!!

Markise and Libby ( sorry if it was Lily) saved the day. I printed canvases for my wedding and they were so helpful. Sometimes just being kind to someone is all it takes and they did just that! I appreciate they hard work!!

Well now you said a few more questions, but you presented just as many as you started with. No associate spoke at either store . One helped the other was too busy trying to see if I was stealing. Unable to ask questions or even listen t o anything bring said. How rude and annoying. The CVS at Alamance was great.

I stoped by last night to pick up my mom’s medicine.
I stander in front of the pick up line everybody was so busy doing what they need to do , I guess.
I saw they kind of know me stand there, but no one tell me to wait or I’ll be with you.
But out of no where there was this lady came out so helpful and so nice. I felt real happy last night.
I feel like she really treat me as a customer, that what I need and how much the medicine coast.
I don’t know her name but I wish she read this. Thank you so much!

Jerry was awesome in the pharmacy today! My insurance card was not working, and he went above and beyond to help me. He even called to determine the issue, and then go the extra mile to fix it! Everyone back there were super friendly as well! Thanks, Jerry!

I never have issues. The pharmacy staff is always helpful, and informative. The other employees are usually courteous and helpful. :)

The pharmacy is super awesome and the staff have always been willing to go above and beyond to help me, very happy with them and theyre super close to home!

I love this place.

The pharmacy people do their best. As long as you treat them with respect they treat you with respect. Sometimes they have issues with people's prescriptions and have no choice but to be on the phone. So it's usually 1 person running back and forth between putting in prescriptions and helping people who need to pick them up.
Only dropped to 4 stars because the other part of cvs usually has a grumpy person dealing with people. But maybe they have a hard life and bring it to work with them 🤷‍♀
