Rack Room Shoes

Buy one get one half off is pretty good. Of coarse I bought two and one they'll mail to my home because my size wasn't at the store. That's pretty good. The staff volunteered that info and that makes shopping here even better.

Been a patron here for a while, never been the biggest fan of customer service at this location however the assistant manager with short hair/ blue eyes, didn’t catch her name but she was very friendly, patient and helpful. Needed to buy a pair of therapy slides for my father and she was very helpful! Don’t remember her name but we need more people like her in retail!

Went for the first time this evening and loved it ! I was only supposed to buy both of my daughters a pair each and we ended up leaving with 4 pairs. We will definitely be returning !

Waoooo Lori the Manager trainee on duty, what an amazing personality and customer service skills. Got me to join the club even when I was hesitant to do so. When I was ready to pay for my BoGo 50% off, she drops the bomb and says, "you know if you go to the website there is a $10 off coupon you can also use right now" Friends there is customer service and there is going the extra mile for little recognition. This girl nailed it....;0)
