So my wife's addiction to this store enables .me to spend more time in Acdamy looking at fishing gear. Any time I have been there they have always been friendly. There is always a line at the door.

This is a good place to by gifts my best friend/ dance team mate bought me a gift from here from my graduation and I still have it and it low on your budget while you save your money

Perfect location and the staff are so friendly and helpful! I had an issue with redeeming my rewards and Michelle the manager helped me through it. It was taking me a while to checkout online but her and the cashier I was with were very patient and very nice. Thank you for a great experience!!

Of course, there were a ton of great-smelling products, but what I liked best was the service! Even though I was only there this time to redeem my free item, the two employees I dealt with were VERY helpful and friendly!

Though it is a little out of the way it is way better than going inside Deerbrook mall and having the hassle of people. The valley ranch location is the perfect spot if you want hassle free shopping. If you see a line don’t fret, it is definitely worth the wait. The staff are nothing but top notch when it comes to knowing what you are looking for and recommending something that fits every personality. Jessica and Amy the managers are by far doing an amazing job any time I go into the store. Will always come back to her any of my body care needs

Love going to this location. I have been twice now, and all staff are lovely! I didn’t get everyone’s names, but Destiny and Haley specifically were so helpful. Very refreshing to see such great customer service.

I went Saturday 9/ 26. There was a small wait outside but I was immediately greeted. I had a great experience here. Erin helped me and she was very informative. She also recommended a few products which I fell in love with. She was very sweet! It was a pleasure!

The best i asked if they had any coupons and they friendly asked to check my email but my phone died! I was panicking and they helped me and gave me the coupon i told them i had! They were so nice!!

I came in today with my family and got the best help from Michelle ! She was great. She made the whole experience stress free and fun. Will definitely be back to this location.

Store was clean and employees are nice. Only wish the company corporate office would make a whole new line of fragrances that are more natural with less chemicals. I Would pay more for this.

Everyone was nice. Especially the cashier he was super nice. The store was clean and they only allowed so many customers in at one time due to covid.

I love this location!! It has everything I look for and I don't have to go to the mall. The ladies that work there are so kind and helpful.

Love it. Super nice cashier's who answer your questions and talk to you, not like most that give you a simple yes/no answer then a cold shoulder. Love shopping here.

I love Bath and Body works New Caney. Its right around the corner from my house. I love their customer service and also their prices are decent.
