Shout out to Bill in the bakery area for being so kind and helpful in decorating my kiddo’s birthday cake last minute!! He even thought to put my son’s name in print so he can read it & reminded me to get candles and directed me to the ice cream isle! So grateful for him today!!

The BEST location!! Great shopping here. Awesome, helpful staff. Clean and easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking. Recently in and assisted by Stepanie, who loves working there. Very positive employee. It was a pleasure speaking with her. Dan, the manager, was available, responsive and personable. Most folks barely have a minute to read the reviews, so I chose this over the survey. Thank you!

Five stars goes to Marissa, Michelle, and Kris, who at around 7:45 on 9/30/2021 patiently, quietly, and professionally handled what I think was the biggest "Karen" of them all; who was giving them some serious hard time about her 15+ various item return, the deli hours, and who knows what else. These 3 women had handled the situation so well that I walked back into the store to get their names so I could leave this review. They were much, much more cordial than they had to be and deserve some sort of recognition for their work in keeping the situation calm and orderly.

My boyfriend and I were having trouble with the self checkout machine and Patrick was SUPER helpful! He was patient and helped us complete our transaction successfully. He has a wonderful sense of humor and made us laugh while helping us. Thank you so much, Patrick!

My 1st time doing pickup. I was nervous about fruit and veggies. Excellent and when I arrived they had to substitute a couple of items but gave me the option to decline. Also want to say customer service in wonderful!

I really love the renovations. When you walk in the store it is bright and clean. I have to get used to where things are now but will be so worth it. I enjoy shopping here.

Stop Shop is great selection of food and great employees and the prices are reasonable. I like the atmosphere I especially like the Norwood Ma store. Keep up the great work 👍👍

Clean well stocked, selections aren’t too large but the store is well kept and you can find a little bit of everything there

Stop and shop is always pleasant. The employee at self check out is always sweet, Kind, and courteous.

Moderately pricey for groceries but if there's ever a certain thing we need that we can't find elsewhere we'll go to stop and shop.
