Old Navy

Great prices, cute, on-trend clothing, and they always have great sales going on. The staff working are always so nice to me, complimenting me on my outfit. The only thing that drives me nuts is the older lady that sometimes runs the dressing room, she is constantly pressuring you to get an Old Navy card when all I want to do is try on clothes! Other than that, great location!

I HATE to shop for clothes. Nothing ever fits right and it's just frustrating. I haven't been to Old Navy for a while, but I was desperately in need of new jeans.
My mom and I went to Old Navy in Hagerstown, MD. We got there right at opening and was greeted and treated amazingly as soon as we walked in.
We asked for some assistance in regards to the size of jeans sold there, and then it was on. Kristy answered all of our questions and then proceeded to assist us with shopping for a good while. And she was so amazing she was even assisting other customers in the dressing room while helping us. She repeatedly went back to the floor to get us (and other customers) different sizes, different styles, and different clothes to help us find stuff that fit and works with our lifestyles.
I've always liked Old Navy, and myself and my daughter purchase clothes there. This experience just made me love the store even more. And Kristy wasn't the only amazing associate. I don't know their names but several other associates were super friendly and helpful. Thank you to the Hagerstown Old Navy staff and store.

The Old Navy at Valley Mall is clean, well stocked, and has plenty of changing rooms. I purchased from Old Navy more frequently when my kids were young as their clothes are so durable, I could easily pass down hand-me-downs and they still looked new.

Good selection and variety (compared to other locations), friendly and helpful staff, many dressing rooms. I've always had a pleasant experience here. At my most recent visit, Colby was very helpful, as well as friendly and professional.

Typical Old Navy store in a mall that looked like a ghost town. I wish Google maps would let you know or make it more clear when a store is located inside a mall. I did not want to trek across a parking lot, food court and other stores. I wanted to get in and out.

Visited Old Navy in Hagerstown for a little holiday shopping. Found some great deals. The store was packed, but the cashiers were doing their job well..because they cut those lines down to size, in a hurry. We will definitely visit that Old Navy again.

I only ever shop clearance at stores like this. There are usually some pretty good deals. I don't find something every time, but when I do, I usually score big. Very friendly staff.

I like this location of old navy. They are always clean and well stocked. Large selection with many options of sizes so almost always find sizes I'm looking for here. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The staff are always very friendly. A bit pricey, except for the fact that most of the stuff is always on sale, making it a decent price.
