I needed a suit for my graduation after buying one online that didn't fit. This was an emergency because I had less than three days to find a dress I would like. As expected, JC Penny came through for me. The price and the dress suit were a perfect combination. Thanks for their amazing selections.

Went to hair salon. Elisena Paul did a great job. Their prices are reasonable. This was the second time she did my hair and was pleasantly surprised.

As always, JC Penny is the best. Big variety of quality merchandise with lots of style. I always brag about my search for a fancy dress, semi-formal or formal, which always ends at JC Penny.

Great store, they always have what I'm looking for at a good cost.

They had some great deals. Great service in the mens dept.

Nice to see a mall still full of people, felt like past Christmas shopping. Salespeople were extremely helpful. The variety was amazing, nice to be able to actually see in person what you were buying. We will definitely be back.

What a great sales person . Oliesia went above and beyond to help me take advantage of the last day of the sale yesterday and she even ordered me different colors in tops in my size her store was out of! Kudos! Thank you! She was a Gem!

I am looking for new items for our new house. I had chose a certain brand of sheers. Unfortunately, the store did not have the number of panels I needed. The lady in that department searched the computer to see if any could be found. She confirmed they were "out of stock."
She took my cell number and said she would call when they were restocked.

I go to the Salon upstairs in Penny's and they are reasonable priced. I see Angie and have been for years! She does an amazing job and does exactly what you ask!! I also made a purchase from Penny's downstairs when I was just there yesterday because they had an amazing sale! The staff in the store are also amazing, friendly and helpful. When I checked out they made it so I got the biggest discount I could get!

I love JC Penney's!!! The clothes become reasonably priced when they have sales and coupons. It is the only place to get a fairly priced Prom gown and they have the absolute best bathing suits for all ages. I never leave there empty handed. The children's clothes are another Best Bargain.The staff are always very friendly and helpful, they always make me smile and laugh.

I went to the salon for a haircut. Angie is terrific.

I ordered a dress for my Dad's funeral through my JCPenny app and requested to pick my order up in store. The whole process was smooth and flawless.
I especially was impressed by my cashier. She was brought down to the Men's Department to do check-outs while her norm area was upstairs. My husband came into the store bc I alerted him to a sale. My husband had lots of questions, for my cashier, as to where certain things were located. My cashier, being a transplant, didn't exactly know, so she called for help. She was so happy to help. She gave us great customer care. For this alone, makes JCPenny a great experience.

29 Nov 2018 - Lori left an amazing impression of what true customer service is all about. We did not feel rushed, she was smiling while chatting with us, so positive, no complaints, very personable, offered suggestions, made us laugh, and was all-around a lovely woman to receive service from. The store was also clean and not cluttered. The only poor experience was from the shoe department cashier (short red hair)--who was rude and snappy towards me.

The items we were in search of were in stock and had our sizes. The checkout was great, very friendly and accurate. I'd recommend this location for your shopping needs.

My husband found some nice khakis for work at a decent price. My son bought some nice tees for a good price too. The place was clean. Limited shoe selection.
