First time being there . Originally went in to get more juice . But ended walking put with better deal . Not only with a new pod system and juice . Also with my more knowledge about vaping . Super friendly as well . Made me feel welcome. They definitely need more traffic and recognition

Donna is amazing! They have a great selection of juice and supplies. Donna is patient, caring and a great person. She takes the time to help you select a flavor, or accessory. She'll even help you out cleaning your equipment if it isn't working properly. Can't say enough good things about Primo Vapors.

Awesome as always! The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very welcoming and never make you feel like a dummy. Prices are very reasonable and occasionally have juice on sale. 5 stars every time!

Not only is this a unique shop, with a lot to offer, but the owner, Donna, is an absolute doll! With many vape shops in the area, I would recommend Primo Vapors for the big selection and the wonderful service!

I went in today, clueless. Came out with such a sense friendship and knowledge. The women in this shop are top tier! I went in with a unknown vape, coils sold out online, I asked questions about other vapes while they tried to find answers on mine. I decided well its just time for a new one then, They asked how much I smoked and figured out what was best for me. They were on point! I as a smoker have not touched a cigarette since I've left. it didn't hurt that they were so much fun to be around.! 10/10 recommend!!

Very Knowledgeable( I can't stress this enough!), friendly and knows exactly what I get the minute I walk in the door! Love their service and juice flavors. Highly recommend! If you're shopping at a different vape shop you're missing out, this one is by far the best in Sierra Vista!!

Awesome place as well as owner and staff. Very friendly and caring. Their working with/for our community regarding the homeless shows where their hearts are. The shop is very clean and homey, making one feel comfortable

Really professional staff here made me feel very warm and welcome answered all my questions made me feel like I was on vacation we were laughing and joking and yet they were more than helpful in educating me on the products with even the most difficult questions they gave me cheerful knowledgeable confident answers highly recommended

Been here twice so far. Best Vape shop in SV. The lady was extremely helpful helping me pick flavors for a friend who gave me little to go on. She also was extremely helpful in fixing my tank from leaking

Great prices, obviously paying rent on a brick and mortar building translates to a bit higher cost than what you may be able to find on the internet, but it isn't drastic. Additionally, you can't beat great customer service and the immediate availability of the product you are purchasing. Beats saving a couple bucks that you would probably spend on shipping anyway.

Furthermore, I support Primo Vapors because they helped me successfully transition to being a non-smoker. After several failed attempts, starting to Vape was the only avenue I had not tried in regards to quitting. It was a very clean and easy transition, and haven't had a cigarette in months, and no withdrawal symptoms at all. Easiest decision I've ever made. The start-up cost was a fraction of the expense I would have with normal cigarettes, and the monthly maintenance cost is so cheap as to be non existent. All I have to do is by flavors and coils. $20 a month. No sweat.

They also support the local community in and around Sierra Vista, as much as they are able. Which is an outstanding representation of what a business in a small town should be doing.

All I can say is, they have earned my loyalty hands down. THAT is something that cannot be bought.

With all the new vape shops opening around town this place consistently stays the top spot for best pricing & product availability. I'll never go anywhere else!

With so many choices in vape stores in Sierra vista, I got to say primo is one of the best if not just the best. The staff is ultra friendly and very comforting, they are knowledgeable on all levels of vapeing and have no problem answering any questions you could have. The house juice is amazing and with the large collection of juice they can make they are sure to have something you will like. Now the thing that makes primo different from all other vape stores in town is the large selection of pre made juices and if you can't seem to find the pre made juices you like, they are willing to try to find and order it for you. They have a great selection of mods, coils and hardware, even a build station. Did I mention they will ship it to you? Yeah, anywhere you live they will ship to you. They will even come out to your car if you have children with you. Talk about some excellent customer service.

The guys are super helpful and awesome. Best place to vape and relax, buy juice or upgrade to the best section of mods and what not. Don't go anywhere but here. Shout out to Donna, you are the best!

Everytime I go here they treat me like I'm the only customer in the shop. They are friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. If they are out of a product or even if they don't carry it anymore, they will order it for you. I definitely recommend Primo Vapes for all your vaping needs. A+++
