Leslie was recommended to us by a friend and she more than met our expectations. Leslie met with us to find out what we were looking for in a house, desired location and any other important details that would help her develop a list of properties to show us. She constantly stayed in contact with us through each showing and when an offer was made she kept us informed of it's status and when offers were not accepted she remained positive and kept searching for the right property. Once we had an offer accepted she remained focused and assisted us every step of the way. In our opinion Leslie went over and above to ensure all questions and concerns were addressed. What can’t we say about Leslie?! She has been an absolute gem to work with since the get-go. We have been looking for about six months before we were connected to Leslie and she was so helpful. Leslie is incredibly communicative and so knowledgeable about the area. From start to finish, we felt completely heard and supported. We are currently in California and Leslie has gone above and beyond to help us coordinate people coming in to take measurements/do repairs. Leslie was a dream to work with! She came highly recommended from other family who had moved here a few years ago. Her dedication even led us to getting advice from a civil engineer; our inspector recommended that we consult with an engineer regarding a retaining wall, and her perseverance and multitude of contacts in the industry resulted in a simple fix we could negotiate in the contract to potentially save us thousands in repair costs in the future.

Nate and Josh were absolutely amazing! They were able to sell my mom's property in under a week, for way over asking price! Not even an hour after the property went live, we had three competitive offers! We worked mostly with Nate, and he was so helpful!
