Tennis Plaza - Sunrise

Tennis shops might carry the same racquets, clothings, balls, etc…. But only a few have great customer service and this store is definitely one of them! They really know how to differentiate themselves with excellent customer service, knowledge of the equipment and honest sound advice. I recommend them for all your tennis and pickleball needs.

Awesome place for racquet sports. Although they didn't have too much for racquetball, they did have plenty of selection for tennis and pickle ball. I got my racquetball racquet restrung there and they did a really nice job. The service was great and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

A great place to shop for all things tennis with terrific selections. Kind, knowledgeable owners, staff and they string well. We visited Florida - purchased racquets and tennis outfits from Tennis Plaza and will be ordering online in the future. Highly recommend!

I was in the market for a new tennis racquet. On the advice of several friends within the tennis community, they recommended I head over to Tennis Plaza, Sunrise, FL, location & meet with Lewis Ospina, the Store Mgr. They were right and Lewis did not disappoint.

Lewis quickly became my go to for advice, information, differences btw tennis racquets & recommendations + strings, etc. With his help, after demoing many of the latest versions of tennis racquets, he helped me hone in on the Wilson Blade V8 100. My game improved immediately; with the help of my coach, my new racquet & my desire to learn/improve.

Tennis Plaza, Sunrise, FL, has a wide variety of inventory to select from. If they did not have an item on hand, Lewis or one of the amazing staff, would order it & within a couple of days it was available for me.

Lewis’s patience with me was extraordinary in the world we live in today. It was refreshing to come across exceptional customer service. It definitely still exists at Tennis Plaza, Sunrise, FL. I will forever be a long-term client.

Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional!! They have everything you need, all the new collections, tons of rackets all the strings. And the stringers are amazing they’re pros at their suggestions and execution on every time I’ve strung a racquet there! Juan is the man! Cool, extremely helpful and knowledgeable ! Luis is great to! Andres is awesome as well and knows his craft! All the staff is super efficient and generous!

Luis, manager of the Tennis Plaza Sunrise location has gone above and beyond every single time me and my friends have visited. The whole staff there is so knowledgeable in all things tennis and take their time to make sure you get the best products to suit your skill level and expectations. I found them on Google when I was looking for a dampener. Since then, I’ve been back for rackets, strings, balls, apparel and the list goes on. If you’re getting your racket strung, ask for Andy. A quick chat with him regarding your hitting and I guarantee whatever he recommends will fit you and improve your game exponentially. Five star experience all the way around!

Great store, helpful employees and awesome selection of rackets. I've tried a few stores in the Weston/Pembroke Pines area and Tennis Plaza Sunrise is the best. They string my rackets up quickly. Their prices are better than what I see online. If I can't find what I'm looking for, they ship it from another one of their nearby stores.

I had to return a tennis shirt that was defective, they were extremely helpful, found my receipt and gave me a new one. Outstanding customer service!

They offer demos, same-day stringing, grip replacement, grip augmentation, and they can bring different sizes for apparel or racquets if available at their other stores, all with an excellent costumer service.

He was very knowledgeable about all products, diligent, and patient. The store was well stocked and clean. I recommend the store and his expertise to all!!
