it was a pleasure to have Kim take my order. I asked if she could make me something fun and she honestly let me know that she has a boring pallete🤣 she offered me to try the new lavender drink and if I didn't like it, I could get something else. I really appreciated that greatly because I wouldn't have tried it otherwise. thank you kim!

This Starbucks is awesome! The staff are not only fast and friendly, they are impressively respectful to customers. I really appreciated seeing that. My drinks are always on point and the music is perfect! Enough to vibe to and get lost with to focus on work. Thanks all!

I will be honest. This Starbucks is pretty great. I ordered free water and free WiFi and I was here for 6 hours. Here is my review.
The customer service staff was pretty amazing. Since I was 💯 free loading on this hott August 1st. The staff here was able to create a good atmosphere. They don't seem all to happy but they definitely treated me right. Everytime I made eye contact with anyone here I was met with a smile. Even though I was free loading today I was treated right. This location definitely gets busy but the staff seemed to be able to handle the waves pretty good
Parking is limited but thanks to the staff they knock it out. So if your looking for parking just wait a few minutes and someone will move.
The seating situation inside is not to huge but the outside is really big and there are plenty of chairs and canopies that you can move.
BIG bonus is that they don't have key pads on there restroom doors. The down side is they need to keep up with the bathrooms better. Overall Cleanliness was pretty good. Floors and chairs and outside are were kept up and I saw some regulars getting the special treatment. Which I think is great of the employees. Nice job Covina Starbucks.

Nice large Sbux just south of Downtown Covina. WiFi is fast and reliable. I stopped by on a Tuesday early afternoon and quickly found my favorite Sbux snacks.

Enjoyed their Christmas seasonal drinks. The service was great!! Thanks Sam for taking care of us...you're the best!!

Stopped in for a cup of joe!!! Nice, quiet, not very busy at that time of the day. Always enjoy coffee from Starbucks!

Chill spot right off the freeway. It can get a little crowded during rush hour so it makes it hard to get back on the freeway 10 West.

Very friendly staff. Well made Coffee. They seem to have a lot of regulars that just love this place. Can’t blame them my first visit and I was wishing it was my local Starbucks!!

Always polite, professional and fast. Always feels like whatever team is working has been working together for years. The funny thing is it's not always the same group. Great teamwork, folks.

Who doesn't love Starbucks? My favorite drink right now is the Chestnut Praline hot with a chocolate croissant. My daughter likes the pink drink with a cake pop. I love their mixture of drinks and right now for the winter I highly recommend the one stated in the beginning.

Very nice staff. They are always going above and beyond for the customers and show genuine happiness with my wife and I, especially with our service dogs. The very rare mistake is always fixed promptly and politely with little fanfare, which is really appreciated. The viewing order window did help my wife while they used it as she is deaf, and the staff have been good about accommodating her.

I have no hesitance in saying this is my favorite Starbucks of all the ones in my area. I hope they keep up the good work!

I like this Starbucks. Tables are clean. People are friendly.

Arlene was amazing serving us. Her energy was amazingly contagious. She made sure our three minutes in that drive thru were the most fun and comfortable. Hope there was more people like Arlene transferring all the good vibe.

One of the best Starbucks around. Everyone is always nice and friendly no matter how busy they are. They genuinely try to get to know you. I always enjoy stopping in.

Drive through- i ordered an everything bagel, I had no idea that they had dropped it, then the Starbucks associate gave me a $4 off my next Starbucks purchase for waiting that extra 3 or so min. Being that i was on my way to wrk, I thought that was not only honest of them, but considerate as well.

Every time I go there the customer service is awesome. The staff is super friendly and always greets me with a smile. Even when they are busy during morning rush they manage fill the order in a timely manner. Great job guys, keep smiling.
