Came here last night to get some soccer gear for my son and I was very happy with the overall experience. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Online however, YMMV.

The help I received was great! My only issue was with the lazy girl at the cash register. She didn't seem to be paying attention and wasn't too friendly, I'd even say unprofessional. I shrugged it off to her being young and immature. After we got home we checked our bags and found that an item on our receipt was missing. I had to drive all the way back to retrieve my purchase. Ugh! However, the guys were professional and apologetic. I was in and out in a few minutes. Despite the careless cashier, my overall experience was great. I will definitely shop their again. My advice would be to trust your instincts and check your bags if you have a sloppy cashier.

Store is clean, staff was great. Michelle very friendly and sweet. Despite their being a line and close to closing she remained patient, calm and professional. Paris assisted in finding an item which wasn't easy to find. My 13 y/o is very happy to have gotten his punching bag and stand. Their was a young man with Peris whom assisted with the selection of gloves, didn't get his name but he was also kind, patient and professional. Will be back again

So glad I stopped in, Adrian the baseball department is super knowledgeable. He walked me through the options of available gloves within my price range help me select the exact glove for my needs then he helped me break in the glove.

Fantastic service retail is definitely not out of style.

Nice place , greeter at the door with courtesy mask and hand sanitizer. Looking for shoulder support straps had 2 types . Clean and spacious, everything seemed in its place. Check out was quick with friendly check out .

The staff were very nice, Kevin was very friendly during the checkout process and Jason was extremely helpful helping me load up the equipment into my car. 10/10 service.

Great customer service. I couldn't find what I needed so the employee checked other locations and got the order placed online.

Pickedup online order. It was very time consuming. More then 15 minutes. They had to ask my information too many times, look on computer, look on the shelf, three people looked in same cabinetry. Someone else from the back finally came forth with article. Wow, they need a waiting area.

I went to Chicks today because there's a sports bra that I couldn't find in any of the department or sports stores. Well, of course they had it at Chick's along with lots of surf brand clothes. The two girls that were working the floor were very friendly, professional and helpful.

I really like coming here thanks to the person that is in the cough section I was able to find out more about different types of Clubs. I recommend everyone go to the golfing section and find out more about their swing.

I've been to this store many times and was impressed by an employee named Celia. She was so helpful and sweet it just made my experience so much better
