Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Service was friendly and quick and helpful with placing our order. The sandwiches were made as ordered and all toppings were fresh and generous. Half sub was the perfect size for lunch. The store carries a good selection of beverages, including Stubborn Sodas. Nice chip and dessert assortment available at the counter. Dining area and restrooms were clean. Staff was professional and it seems this location does a lot of to-go orders. The employees were very friendly, greeting everyone and quickly getting the to-go orders out the door. I have had other Capriotti's and this location made a much better sandwich than my previous experience.

Delicious sandwiches, clean restaurant and friendly staff. My friends got Philly cheese steaks, one chicken one beef, I got the wagu slaw be jo, all were delicious but I was expecting a hot sandwich for the wagu and it is a cold sandwich, was really delicious but just a heads up! I can't wait to go back! Want to try the Thanksgiving sandwich (called the Bobby)! So excited they're closed to me!

I would like to say that I had a sandwich, but I’m not kidding when I say it disappears in under 10 minutes! I love the food and the place look very clean and well kept. The service was also great and very fast ( No one was there to order or eat ).

First of all, they have Thanksgiving in a sandwich, this was the very first sandwich I ordered and it was amazing- try it! The sandwhich in the photo is their homemade shredded turkey sandwhich. I have ordered here several times and everything has been very good. Again, I love their Thanksgiving sandwich (I believe it's called The Bobbie). The chicken noodle soup comes with little dippers, white bread, which I enjoyed. I highly recommend checking out this place if you love a good sandwich!

I was so fricken excited to see that Capriotti's made it out to Colorado!! This was my favorite place to get a sub back home. I personally feel you can't go wrong with any of their subs but their Bobbie is every Thanksgiving fanatics dream!!!

Saw this was a new sandwich Jimmy in town and wanted to give it try. Love the brick, wood and modern lights. Very neat. Ordered the classic cheese steak in the small size with hot peppers. So delicious and perfect size for a dinner. Will definitely be back again. Only minor downside was the music was too loud but overall amazing and may become my new favorite place. Will definitely try the bob next time as my spouse got it and looked amazing!!!

For starters, customer service is phenomenal! I decided go go with the cookie for combo and I’m glad I did. The most softest cookie I’ve had here in Colorado. I’m always afraid of them being fresh made and being too sweet, not in this case. Baked and made go perfection!
Now let talk about the subs, I ordered Wagyu Cheesesteak with spicy peppers. Heads up, spicy peppers are actually spicy. Lips got a little tingly but my level of spicy is pretty high. So these were delicious on sub.
I took a bite from my spouse sub, and meats tasted fresh. And sub was seasoned perfectly. I can’t wait to go back to try a different sub for sure.

Fresh HOT Sandwich with Awesome Hoaggie Buns ... quick service - no waiting!! Loved the Italian sausage - Cheesesteak & Chicken Cheesesteak!

Each time I’ve gone here, everyone’s service is top notch and for the most part they’re very friendly! My sandwich is always made nicely and is so tasty.

Great atmosphere and excellent food. Wagyu cheesesteak is best in town.

Holy schnikes. This place is awesome. I found them through Uber Eats, I got a mammoth 18 inch philly cheesesteak and a 9 inch Italian. Both were so damn good. It reminded me of a sub shop I went to a million years ago in high school. You must go here, I cant wait to try some of their other sandwiches.

I've been here 3 times and every time each item has been so good! I wish they were open later though. Faith was who greeted me today and she was super kind!

To the people leaving bad reviews about the service you.. you do realize it is hard to staff for industry establishments right? Most of the kids who work here are in high school/ college and are doing the best they can in a very snooty area.

If you are comparing this location to out of state locations you also need to understand that products are different in different states. The reason In & Out didn't want to come to Colorado is because of product shipment quality. You can definitely taste the difference in AZ & CA vs CO. I'm sure your home state would take you back so you can stop raising our housing market. Then you can eat all the sandwiches there you want!

It also appears the people who are complaining are special ordering items. You can always eat at home if you aren't happy... have a billion dietary restrictions and need to special order things for your needy "special requests." Establishments and others aren't responsible for your lifestyle or personal problems. Lol

It doesn't hurt to be kind to people especially those who handle your food... ever seen the movie waiting?

This has got to be the best sandwich shop I’ve ever tasted. I will definitely be back.

My first order was The Bobbie - essentially Thanksgiving on a bun. Wasn't sure what to think at first, but ended up really liking it. The cranberry provided a nice balance to the rest of the ingredients.

Returned for other sandwiches. Very good Italian and tasty cheese steak (though some Philadelphians may argue).

Looking forward to eating through the other selections.

Customer service was incredibly good. My French Dip was also great. Have had the "Hot Bobby" and was like having Thanksgiving on a really good roll.

Walked in today and everybody was so nice! Very welcoming. There's not enough of that in quick eat restaurants, it was very appreciated. Everything we ate was fantastic, especially loved the Wagyu & Bleu Salad. So good!!!!! I walked out and literally said "well that was ******* delicious!"

This place is dangerous because it’s expensive but SO good!! The cold Bobby is my absolute favorite sandwich of all time! It’s like being able to have Thanksgiving leftovers any day of the week. I would eat it everyday if I could afford to. I wouldn’t suggest ordering from here for delivery from GrubHub or alike, because we didn’t get what we ordered the 2 times we tried over the year but if you go in yourself you’re golden. It’s the best, fresh cooked turkey! If someone has coupons, hit me up please!!

Great sandwiches! Had the grilled Italian 10/10 recommend! Staff is really nice and definably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. My mom and dad got the cheese steak which was also amazing. Definitely eat here.

Best sandwich shop in highlands ranch. Wow we are blown away. I highly recommend the grilled Italian. The ingredients are so fresh. Jamie is so sweet and her staff is amazing! Thanks guys! Definitely will be coming back!

Wow ~ first time to eat here and it was Fantastic. I had the Bobbie, which I call the Thanksgiving Sandwich.. Loved it, Steve & Lorri Hose
