Great atmosphere, coffee is good, all got ruined after my toddler daughter dropped almost uneaten muffin on the floor accidentally.

I was hoping the barista would offer a replacement muffin, instead she ended up charging me for another one. Although the barista lacked compression at the moment, the owner the next day approached us and explained her side of the story, which made sense.

Owners made every possible attempt to make things right, I appreciate the effort and hi honesty in regards to what happened. Highly recommend this coffee shop, especially for their integrity and willingness to go an extra mile to make things right.

I love this cafe!! I am so happy to have discovered it. It has a very peaceful and humble atmosphere, while still being nice and pleasant.

There is a lot of seating and the coffee tastes amazing! They have an abundance of pastries. There is even a bathroom.

Lovely neighborhood coffee shop. The tea comes in a pot with a little mug, very pleasant and presentable!! I didn’t give high expectations for the cookie in the jar, but it’s actually sooo goood!! They are crisp and not too sweet, great to taste with my tea.

The Little Coffee Shop in the corner. Went in for an Iced Espresso Blend once and have been hooked since.

I was able to sit at their outside seating area on a beautiful day and enjoyed my meal. Coffee and pasties yummy! Staff is very friendly and the plus the sweet girl behind the counter remembers my name. Which adds to my experience ⭐

Delicious coffee, great cookies and pastry, excellent service and a nice environment. Always full. The best part though is the serving people. They are kind, courteous, and always friendly. Make one feel welcome and appreciated. I love going in.

I love this cafe so much. I almost want to gatekeep it. It’s my favorite to go to and go bring others. Coffee is delicious and their desserts and croissant sandwiches are super tasty. Honestly everything I’ve tried here tasted great. The service is also really nice, the team is always friendly. Great place for customers to also get some work done if you need WiFi. 10/10 my favorite local coffee shop by far. I love sitting in the small outside area on a sunny day.

I've been here many times and am always pleased with the pleasant service and the quality of the offerings. I can't comment on their specialty drinks, as I prefer drip coffee or an occasional espresso, but both are excellent. The baked goods are wonderful and not what is found in most coffee bars, so coming here is worth the trip, as it was yesterday - not the most efficient way home but so very worth the detour.

One or the best cafe! Loved the experience. Loved the house Red eye coffee. Highly recommend after a stroll at the central park.

The best cafe in the UWS if not Manhattan!! I always feel so taken care of here and they have the BEST coffee and food. Def get the pecan caramel and Italian Mortadella. Am a repeat customer and now life long friend with many of the staff. Always can’t wait to go back!!

Nice atmosphere, great location, handy to the subway, and it's nice to patronize not-a-big-chain. The fig bar is my favorite, worth an outing by itself. Coffee is custom-prepared, and strong. Food is good -- menu is limited, but space is at a premium.

I had a pot of Earl Grey tea with an almond croissant and really enjoyed it. The people working there were very friendly and eager to help. This was a nice place to stop for an afternoon treat. A variety of seating areas both inside and out: cafe tables outside on the sidewalk while inside, long communal tables, two-person tables, a bench of seating, as well as a bar of stools near the window. I enjoyed my time there.

This is m favorite spot at Upper West Side if not in the whole city! The people who work there care about their costumers and preper the best cup of coffee in Manhatten! I highly reccomend their iced mocah and along some small cookies! Perfect place for a friendly meeting or casual date.

Love this coffee place, excellent quality of coffee and pastries. Must try their cookies, all kinds, none of them would go wrong. Staff super nice, and the price is very reasonable, especially these days every coffee place costs a fortune.

Love this place. It's always crowded but can always manage a seat or two! Perfect for working/wifi sitch which can be tough to find especially on weekends. ORDER SOMETHING if you're gonna use the space! And ORDER MORE if you're gonna sit around for hours! It's the decent thing to do for the business and for your neighbors.

Cafe Charlotte is such a pleasant neighborhood spot. The best coffee on the UWS. The staff is always so pleasant, the baked goods are delicious and the savory’s are very satisfying. It’s the only reason to venture onto Broadway.

Delicious pastries with bold espresso and coffee. One of the best cold brew coffees I have had in the city and the fresh croissants are perfection.
