AT&T Store

Best experience I have ever had with AT&T! I broke my phone, and stopped by to see what my options were. Caleb took his time to help me walk through different options, and got everything taken care of. Best customer service I have experienced in a while! Caleb is definitely an asset to this location!

I had my phone stolen from my car last night. We came into the Bixby store and had Shawn the manager of the store. He was fantastic! He had amazing customer service was patient with all of our questions. I highly recommend Shawn and his store!!! If I could give a million stars I would.

Having a great time chatting with Shawn, the Manager, while purchasing two new phones and some extra items to make our life even easier. Highly recommend the store at 151st and Memorial.

The manager Shawn helped me today at the bixby store and I couldn't be more pleased. He got me hooked up with the exact WIFI plan I was hoping for and had me in an out in less than 30 min!

In regards to Caleb (title/position unknown) I’ve never had an experience with an electronic/phone store like what I had Saturday night.I accidentally called the wrong store that was farther from me and got treated like some what of a nuisance I imagine because our issue was not related with spending hundreds of dollars. I was then directed to my local store this 1 towards downtown Bixby on memorial and was greeted by a extremely respectful friendly voice over the phone who invited me over to the store to resolve my issue I showed up very late close to closing time and felt bad/grateful assuming he would have to stay late to fix our issue. To my surprise I decided to look at some phone cases while he worked and he was done installing a new activated sim before I even really even had the opportunity to shop around. Where you would expect to then be harassed to spend hundreds of dollars on stuff you don’t really need. He instead asked me what else I needed and then offered to walk me through whatever product I was interested in. By the time we were done I felt very satisfied in what I had bought from him seeing as I did have products I was interested in but don’t usually shop in person due to salesman. I’m very grateful to have a store like this local to me but if it wasn’t It would be worth the drive. If your ever in need this is the place to go and make sure to ask for Caleb!

Store was amazing at answering questions, and helping me upgrade my phone. Scott stayed late helping me upgrade and transfer my phone because he understood my frustration with at&t messing up my online order. Josh (the store manager) helped me originally before scott and helped me tremendouly with calling into the online order deparment to see why My order was never delivered. I Highly recommend working with either of them as they truly care for our needs as customers.

Brendan and Josh were great, helped me get in and out for my upgrade and had exactly what I wanted in stock. Great customer service and will forever come to this locationsfor any future needs .

My experiences with in person at&t stores have not always been the greatest but u can confidently say this wasn’t the case this time. I called to make sure they had the phone in stock I was lookIng for and they agreed to hold it while I headed that way. The manager Shawn went out of his way to quickly fix an error that occurred during the upgrade and called me to personally tell me it was resolved. Will definitely use this store location again for in person needs.

Amazing customer service and great service. I felt welcome there and like a friend to the staff. Also great prices on phones are really good. I can't give it enough stars!! Also Tailyr the manager is really friendly and so is Shawn actually went above and beyond service to help my mother who has cancer l!! :) I'd say 10 out of 10

Shawn is amazing and has a great sense of humor, definitely need more employees like him. Will continue to use this location as long as he is here. Thanks Shawn!

Upgraded from the 10 phones to the 23 phones. Got some assessories, then went for brunch. Overall great service good people. Very satisfied with the whole thing.

David was a helpful salesperson, knew his stuff, was friendly and polite and acknowledged each visitor through the door even though he was helping others, and helped me check my plan and upgrade it for essentially the same price. Wish all AT&T stores had employees like this guy.

This is the only ATT store I will go to. It is less busy than most, which allows the VERY friendly staff to take their time with helping you. The staff went out of their way to help resolve issues and ask questions, and even with getting a whole new phone, we were in and out in under 30 minutes! These guys and gals are the best!

Shawn was quick, friendly and efficient. Made the dreaded long process of getting a new phone a 20min in and out experience.

This has been the go to att store I go to, I hope you get Sean to help you. He's super chill and makes getting anything new a breeze.

Awesome AT&T store! The staff at this store is super friendly & are always eager to meet our business needs. The store manager Quincy is the BEST! He has a great personality!! I will definitely continue to return for all my needs!!! I HIGHLY recommend this store 😃

We currently have AT&T and we needed new phones and a new plan. We were ready to switch carriers for what we thought might be a better deal. We decided to stop in the AT&T store just to see what our options were. Quincy was awesome and helped us with all of our needs. We got the plan and phones we needed and the price was right. Quincy was very knowledgeable and we didn’t even have a wait! Very happy with our decision to stop there and stay with AT&T. Thank you Quincy for all your help!

Thomas is exceptional at customer service! He helped us troubleshoot an issue with our phones & even showed us the wireless charging station to save our batteries! We weren't even aware that it was past closing time when we finished because he never even mentioned they were closed. I highly recommend this AT&T location! Thank you Thomas for being so kind to help us this evening!!!!

I came in to the AT&T store yesterday to restore my cell phone service. I was visiting in Oklahoma with my grandkids. I am from Houston, and I encountered Ashley, an AT&T representative who was not only courteous, kind, helpful, but she was very personable and compassionate. I shared with her just a little bit about my story with my grandkids, and my son Michael who was with me, and she is an amazing human being. She needs to be commended for her service for AT&T as a person who went above and beyond her call of duty. Thank you Ashley for your help in restoring my cell phone service and thank you for caring!
