On Target Archery

Incredible customer service. Getting back into archery could have been more pleasant. I called about a month ago after calling another shop and not getting the service i was hoping for. the team at On Target Archery ordered my new bow with no questions asked. Then said they wouldn't have me pay for the bow until i had shot it and was happy with how it felt and shot no down payment or anything. I went in to have it setup after it arrived I was given quite a few pointers while they walked me through the setup process. The entire experience was very welcoming. Ill be back soon!

I can't express how much I appreciated the time Michael took with me fine tuning my older Mathews Z7 that I have struggled with zeroing in. Professional and courteous and knowledgeable. I have been to many shops in a lifetime of this sport and none taken care of me like this. So, if you're looking for a new Mathews Lift or gear or a little help with a bow you can't part with like me...look no further. I came from a long way and glad I did! It was worth the trip.

Bought my first bow here and it was a great experience! Denis helped me out and I shot a few different brands to see what felt right. He gave me a few pointers and got me all set up with the mathews lift! Definitely recommend using there ranges or buying your first bow here!

I went in today and Dennis was awesome to work with. He got me set up and shooting an existing bow within an hour. All of the fees were cheap and he didn't try to rush anything. Highly recommended.

Bought my first bow here last week. The staff and Brett who setup my bow was very patient and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and they setup a bunch of bows for me to try out. I spend close to four hours there and not once felt pressured to buy any particular bow or that they were getting annoyed with all my questions etc. I left feeling great about my purchase and would highly recommend getting your first bow here!

Staff is awesome! Selection is great! Whether you need a new bow repair to your current bow! A place to shoot they have it all for you. You will not find a better selection and mor knowledgeable staff in the State!!!

Best archery shop around! These guys know their stuff. I had a not so good experience at another shop and I took my cross bow to On Target Archery and they looked my bow over and told me what I needed to get back hunting before I left their shop. Less than two weeks later they had my cross bow repaired and ready to hunt! Everyone that works at this shop is friendly and knowledgeable and shoot straight with you. Don't waste your time going anywhere else...go see Bryan and his staff and they'll take good care of you!

Recently went there, having issues with my new bow I bought from bass pro.

They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about everything archery.
I should have bought from them first off.

He completely revamped my setup on my bow, adjusted it to me personally.
Then took the time to completely zero in my sights, and tune my bow.
I left paying only $53 in fees between range time(all day charge), bow string dampeners, and a tune in.
Price was cheap, but the service I received was so priceless, and the absolute best I have received from anyone, ever.

I will never buy anything else archery wise again, unless I'm purchasing from them, guaranteed.

I may live over an hour away from their location myself, but they earned lifetime customer out of me.

My son had been shooting since he was a youngster. He is now 24. He came to On Target when a friend of his broke his bow. On Target fixed his bow, adjusted his draw length and helped him do a couple of adjustments. He now shoots a group consistently and ous one happy camper. On Target is awesome!

This is the place you go when you want it done the right way the first time! The staff are very very knowledgeable and ready to help, not only did they help me out with a new string, cut arrows, broad heads; the staff helped me with tuning my bow, fixing my form, and tuning my release, i also had positive vibes from all the staff at this pro shop! I highly recommend any new/advanced archer/hunter to visit this shop, they have it all and are ready to assist you in every way possible. Thank you for the excellent help. I will definitely be back!

Had a great experience today I couldn't help but share!

My son got a compound bow from a garage sale and we hadn't a clue how to set it up. It was pretty old and tired out, but we wanted to encourage him to shoot, so figured bringing it in to get it set up correctly was a must.

One of the store employees (Kevin) helped work out all the kinks and get the draw weight/length set up perfect for my 8 year old, and spent a significant amount of time in the range showing him how to shoot. The owner also came over to help find a good bow for my 5 year old - in all, they spent well over an hour with my boys helping them get set up and teaching them correct form.

I'm usually one to go buy the cheapest or best deal online, but these guys are so knowledgeable, helpful, and generous with their time, that I will definitely be using them exclusively when we get bows for the family.

I was absolutely impressed with the customer service I received today. It's hard to find any store lately that has great customer service and on target archery goes above beyond customer service. I noticed my crossbow strings were frayed and called around to find a place to restring it and everyone was saying 2-3 weeks. On target said come on over and we will get you fixed today. I was so impressed with everyone's attitude and friendliness I bought a crossbow for my son. They had my crossbow fixed and my new one assembled both sighted in for me in about 2 hrs.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The young men that helped me out went above and beyond. My equipment was purchased at another shop and they treated me like I had purchased from them. Spent time getting it the way it should've been setup. Even went out side to make sure I had the right tape on my sight. They have earned my business from now on. Thank you guys!

The folks at On Target Archery have phenomenal customer service!!! Literally when I walked in saying this my first time here they walked around with me showing me what’s what with the different shooting areas. I was having trouble sighting in my bow but Michael stepped right in helping me out!! 1st he recognized my release was to long and then he noticed my peep sight was not in the right spot. He took around a hour of his time and got me dialed in! These folks are incredible!!!

This place is first class. It's hard to find good customer service anymore and hands down I would recommend to anyone. Wife and I went in to look at getting her a compound bow and the personalized service we received was amazing. Definitely the place to go. We left here with her a new bow and learning how to shoot they custom fit bow just for her. We will definitely be back. Thanks Bryan for all your help and expertise.

What a great place place! Laid back and very chill. Everyone was so friendly. Dennis and Mike are top notch. Had my bow tuned and ready in no time. Large selection of equipment at reasonable prices. Highly recommend On Target to anyone looking to get into archery or someone needing a new bow shop. It's also super convenient and right of the freeway. Loved the indoor and outdoor ranges as well.

Dennis was super helpful, and walked me through the whole process, I am a newbie at all of this, and he never made me feel less than, he gave me great pointers and made sure I was comfortable walking out of the store with my new bow.

Went in to get bow setup and Brian was awesome. Very knowledgeable and set it up perfect. Very reasonable priced. I will be using them in the future to purchase and setup another bow. Keep up the good work staff.

I just bought my first bow and Brett was very helpful. I had a ton of questions and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. Ive done rifle hunting but archery is a new venture so I needed a lot of guidance.
