Gas and Supply - Canton

Went there to get my 30 lbs propane tank filled and the gentleman was very friendly and efficient. I was at the counter paying for the item I purchased in no waiting line.

I've been doing exchanges and spending like $30 or more and I should have been coming here cuz it's right down the street $16 to $18 to fill up my propane tank and there was quick easy and they were very friendly I'm absolutely coming to this place from now on

Wanted to say a big thank you to gas and supply! The crew came out and checked an old buried tank of ours to be sure it was safe to extract and within 10 minutes was able to give us an answer and advise us on how to go forward…Janice was awesome, I’ll definitely be sending our customers her way knowing that they will have a good experience with fast service.

The rude Lady that keeps the credit card machine behind the displays is totally the reason for a #*1 review. And she has the Nerve to ask 1 out of the 4 customers ahead of us for picture ID. Showing it isn't good enough she wants to Handle it. I nor my friends will never be back. I Refused to be profiled. Her attitude doesn't help. The guys that work there are great.

Took a heater in to have swapp from gas to propane . It was going to get cold and took it in 2 days before. The day of the cold called to see if it was ready. No one there knew anything about it. One said go ask the other one type deal. Then waited 2 weeks before I went to pick up, the replacement a bunch of stuff on it... which is good but could of called me to let me know about pricing.

I did not have a pleasant customer service experience with office employee Janice Lovell. Writing a complaint letter to mail to home office.
