The UPS Store

I have been to this location several times and they have always been very helpful and quick to assist. I did a couple amazon returns here and they made the process so easy. The employees came out to my vehicle to help me carry the large items back inside. I also observed them trying to help a gentleman who was trying to mail an iphone in the original case with no wrapping, no container. Will be returning again for all my mailing needs here.

This is the only store I’ve used and consistently have good experiences here! They are responsive and extremely helpful. I’ve had items printed here including custom cut items for a wedding and I’ve also used their shipping services. Very happy!

The new management is so friendly and welcoming for any kind of visit. I often go there for amazon returns, still treated very well. Even international shipping was on point and delivered perfectly.

Sorry that they are dealing with the old owner's reviews. There should be some process from Google for new owners to reclaim the business.

I use this store all the time and have sometimes had pretty unwieldy things to send. Not sure why the reviews here are so negative. I've always had a good experience at this store!

I want to start off by saying I went to this location BECAUSE of the bad reviews (I love a challenge) and I don't understand the poor reviews. The gentleman working was nice, friendly, and the transactions were easy and quick. One box I brought in was an Amazon return, which I didn't have to pay for, and one was a package going to a friend in another state. I already had a good idea of what it might cost from looking online, and the price in store was on point. We laughed and chit chatted and BSed for a few minutes, and I told him flat out to his face that I don't understand the bad reviews, he and I had a very pleasant exchange. At the end of the day you can't please everyone, and he's doing his best. We all have bad days, but sometimes people are just unreasonable. I'm sitting here writing this in the car before I even leave the parking lot, as promised, because I truly don't believe this is a bad location. I will be returning here for any shipping services I need. 10/10 my friend :)

Wasn't sure if the UPS store was able to send faxes, so I called and the person working the store (Gloria) informed me they did. I went in to send the fax and was helped very quickly. She let me know I would get a confirmation response which would take just a moment, and in that very short moment of waiting, she assisted another customer. She was very professional and efficiently took care of us customers. Not only that, but she also had a positive energy that made the place welcoming. With this kind of customer service, I will definitely be back.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. I receive many packages here and they always keep them together, everything is always labeled so they don’t give it to the wrong mailbox. They’re a very busy location but still have been friendly when I go in.

I went to the store at 9:30 on Saturday morning. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Emily was excellent! Went the extra mile making sure I had the smallest box for the best rate possible. She was very pleasant and efficient.

I was not a fan back in the day but the gentleman who runs the store now is great. He is always nice, happy, and asked how you are. I’ve been there twice in the past week and I am happy he is working. I wish I got his name but you will know him by your great experience.

Great service. The kind of service you would expect from a small local business, not a large chain retailer.

I went there today to print out a fedex label (I know) and they were super helpful. They even put some extra tape on my package to make sure it was secure even though they weren’t going to ship it. The lady that works there in the evenings (Monday is when I went) was incredibly sweet and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve done business at this location since the opening days. I’m always greeted with a smile from the owner, Kevin Patel and he genuinely wants to accommodate any needs I have. I’m old enough to remember the days of small businesses in small towns and how we all felt a closeness with each other. That is what this store is like. I feel fortunate to have these services so close to our home.

Super quick and easy. They helped me print my shipping label and pick out packaging. Very friendly/chill staff. Will definitely be back.

The owner of this store was so kind and helpful to me. I work in customer service, and for someone to stand out to me says a lot. He was very busy but he kept a good attitude and a good pace.

Just had a great experience. I’m in a wheelchair. An attendant came outside and did everything curbside so I didn’t have to get out of my vehicle.
