Harbor Freight Tools

Only a few people in the store, found some of what I needed but decided to hold of on others as you need to have the coupon printed to offset it and I didn't know that prior. A $94 tab would have been $38.44 with the print. I did find a few small items that I needed for a 1884 rifle restore as well as an inexpensive 4ton press to press the barrel into the trunnion for certain rifles. Check the store before you go if looking for a specific item. Lots of options for cleaning, detail work etc..

I've been struggling to change a wheel/ tire of a garden wagon I have. The bearing was stuck where I couldn't get the tires off to put on new tires. A bearing puller nor sledge hammer didnt worked lol. I decided to take the whole assembly arm to harbour freight to see what I could figure out. I met a gentleman who works there, his name is Gabriel. He was awesome. He called the manager over to see if he could help. In 2 minutes he took off the wheel. He figured it out in 2 minutes and also helped me re-thread the screw. I would like to thank Gabriel for his kindness and a big big big thank you to the manager Brandon. I came home and installed the wheel and I'm good to go again. Thank you once again Brandon.

Great customer service I was looking for a grommet kit and there was none hanging on the shelf and the young gentleman working here went to the back and found one for me. I really appreciate it when people go above and beyond to give excellent customer service.

I go here for all my tools and supplies they're discounts are awesome!!!!

Great spot for tools much cheaper then home Depot...some things are a little hit or miss but most specialty tools are great for regular use and amazing air brushes for the price

Went here for the first time ever because they had a good sale on stuff I need for my new home when I finally purchase it. The store staff were super helpful and friendly. The prices were great and I even became a member that day. The store was very clean and well lit too. Plenty of parking.

This is not so much a review of the store as it is of their cashier associate Monique. I've been shopping at the store since it opened and for the most part the cashiers are rude and present a very poor mood and attitude towards their and the customers. They typically act like they're doing you a favor to even be bothered with you. But since Monique started working , there's always a happy cheerful smiling face. She greets every customer, and it really does make a difference in the overall shopping experience. This girl needs a serious raise! Do not lose her employees like her are hard to come by.

Manager is a really cool guy, helped me pick out a 72” toolbox and got me a good price for it.

I call asked if they had a specific generator available, when they told me yes I asked to pay for it over the phone I was told I had to pay in store. I told them I lived on the other coast that it would take me 2 hours to get there and asked them if they could hold it for me. When I got there sure enough they had it waiting. I am so grateful for the manager and staff. I lost my husband last month and I am trying to prepare for the storm by myself. Thank you so very much for everything you did for me.

Monique is amazing!!! Best customer service I have ever received. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional about the service and items wise. She went above and beyond.

Had exactly what I needed (spray pump) and the workers were cool and professional.

I have shopped at this Harbor Freight location many times and I am always impressed with the staff. They know what they carry and where it is every time I have a question. Their prices are excellent! I wanted an electric pole saw and they had three choices - I got one for $60, after I looked at Home Depot and had only one choice which was to buy it as an accessory… the whole thing would have cost $250.

Best place on town to buy good tools at cheapest price, highly recommended, and if for some reason you don't like the tool you can return it or exchanged it.

Where as home Depot had an 18-in pipe ranch for close to $30, harbor freight had a 24-in pipe wrench for only $13. How can you beat that?

The ladies in here were super friendly. One in particular, I didn't catch her name, helped me find everything on my list, very knowledgeable about what products were available. I really appreciated her help because I would've been walking in circles.

They are good. Freebie lights at this location. If you want one. Day 1 early. Grateful help and assistance as needed.

THIS VISIT STARTED OUT BAD, BUT THE MANAGER SAVED THE DAY...

I was going to give this store "1 Star" but because the new manager at the Margate location (her name is Priscilla) stepped in to help me when her female cashier was extremely rude to me about handling a refund... and for no reason. Priscilla was nearby to her the cashier and she was aware of the poor customer service I received from that cashier. She apologized to me for the cashier's unprofessional behavior. Priscilla was professional and treated me with respect.

A week prior, I bought a bicycle carrier that goes into my trailer hitch and also a locking mechanism for it. I solicited the help of one of their male employees as 3 of 3 boxes had been opened and re-taped, so I wanted to ensure that all the parts were there. I also asked him to select the correct "locking mechanism" that I would need to secure the rack. He selected one and placed it into my cart.

Unfortunately, after I assembled the bicycle rack and was ready to use the locking mechanism, I discovered it was too small and I would not be able to use it. It was still in it's original packaging, un-opened and I provided my receipt along with my credit card that it was charged on plus my driver's license. The cashier "demanded" that I provide my telephone number, but I refused because (#1) I do not give out my phone number and (#2) it was totally unnecessary as I provided everything that was used to make the sale, so there was no reason to provide that also. I told the cashier exactly that and she blew up throwing her hands into the air and mumbled some things as she walked away from the cash register area. That's when Priscilla (being nearby) got involved.

If anyone should have been unhappy, it should have been me because their employee picked out the wrong locking mechanism, causing me to have to make an unnecessary trip to return it - so I was the one that was inconvenienced... NOT the cashier... but unfortunately I was also the one receiving the cashier's unpleasant, unprofessional and rude treatment!

The employees at this location are always so helpful and informative! I would like to specifically mention Dee & Carlos for all of their kindness and help today!

Erica and the entire staff are amazing here. They go out of their way to help the customers. A++++
