Anthony was so incredibly patient, helpful, and non-bias while assisting me with my return. He's one of those ultra rare White Buffalos working in retail whom, as a customer, you're blessed to cross paths with simply because these individuals provide the golden standard of customer service whilst unsupervised and unincentivized. And the beautiful young woman he was working alongside that night, I believe she had reddish colored hair, she was equally kindred to Anthony's exemplary service skills. These 2 employees complimented each other's effort and work styles very well. I hope that they both continue to work the same shifts together because inside this store's entire mood and atmosphere felt entirely tranquil and welcoming. I saw 1 or 2 homeless individuals around the perimeter of the store but they were quiet and respectful by keeping to themselves and remaining a good distance away from the store's entrance as well as the cars parked in the store's parking lot. There's a 24 hr McDonald's drive thru located literally right next door which is a bonus. Overall, I had a wonderful visit to this Walgreens location. Although I live in Aliso Viejo and there are plenty of closer Walgreens stores in my neighborhood, I might just return to visit this location again instead. Thank you for your helpfulness and kindness, Anthony. And thank you to the equally wonderful reddish colored hair employee whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. Don't let your jobs turn you hard and eat away at some of your greatest traits like having tolerance and compassion for people. Your goodness to your customers does not go unnoticed. 🧿

I have been going to this drive thru pharmacy for the past 15 years. The staff is wonderful. The lines go by quick and the pharmacist always gives the best way to follow directions. During covid, they very patient and handled testing with a positive attitude. I found it helpful as a new mother to have the store open 24 hours for late night medication needs. I wish there were more locations like this around.

Great service! I had some issues with my insurance because I changed jobs. They were very supportive and made the calls necessary to figure it out. I’ve been going to them for years, so they knew how important it was that I I get my medication asap. I am very grateful!

On the most busiest and hectic day out of the year in Christmas Eve - The customer service was nothing but excellent and pleasant. I will continue to receive my current and future medication needs at this store. Great attitude, speedy service, and superb experience.

I went to this Walgreens 5 times during the holidays for medications.

Today 3-11-23 I walked into Walgreens to pickup some photos that were ready for pickup on 3-10-23 ,But when I arrived the staff stated that the system was down at this time a young lady
By the name of Tamika assisted me and she went beyond the call of duty and with patience she was able to locate my photos which meant a lot to me because I was mailing them to my mom who resides in the East Coast and is 92 years young once again thank you Tamika for all your help she’s represents the meaning of great customer service and deserves 6 Stars ⭐.Juan P.

They always have great deals and holiday seasonal items. The cashiers are friendly and they helped me with insurance issues to get my medication filled and refilled. Attentive and great customer service

I just did an online photo order. And was having issues with payment online, so I immediately contacted the store and they were so nice and helpful!! They understood my issue and helped me rectify it asap. The woman who answered my call was very polite and sweet. Dexter was the one doing the photo and he notified me it was slightly blurry and let me do another one. He called me to let me know the status of my order and helped so much. He was amazing. He knew my order was a gift, so he offered to put it in a different envelope and not let the recipient see the price of the product. And made sure it was paid so there would be no issue at pick up.

The pharmacy was smooth and nice this morning great staff very helpful. Also Elizabeth in front on register was very sweet quick and informative. She definently made my morning thanks again will be back soon

Very knowledgeable. They were able to help me understand my medication and let me know any side affects that may occur. Lucky they got my medicine ready in a timely matter.

I don't want to give too much detail but the Pharmacy Technicians here are awesome. They helped me and treated me very well. I felt very comfortable. There are many different situations with customers and pharmacy workers where difficulties arise and many people have bad experiences.

Not here, I can just say this is a very good pharmacy and shows by the care I received today.

I had some issues with my medi-cal but they explained the problem to me and got it fixed. They filled my scripts in the meantime, and I just called in when I was able to get everything resolve on my end and the scripts had already been filled and ready.

The staff in the drive thru truly are knowledgeable and answer all my questions. I can always depend on them to remind me when to take food with a medication and when to refrigerate them as well.

Pharmacy works at a fast pace. Sent my medicine to the wrong store but they were very friendly to help correct the mistake and had my medicine ready ASAP. Thank you pharmacy techs :)
