This is worth searching for! Lovely Scandinavian shop with all sorts of wonderful treasures…from tomte, gorgeous kitchen items, imported foods, beautiful clothing, soaps, jewelry, books and baby goods! And the owners are delightful! They lovingly share their love and knowledge of all things Scandinavian! Such a wonderful shop!

It is always a wonderful (annual) shopping experience that connects me to my Swedish roots and I have fond memories of Sil's shop. All of you are warm and welcoming, and you have such a wonderful selection of items. The store, the greenhouse, the patio and the cottage are lovely!

Fantastic store of Norwegian foods, decor, linens, cards, figurines and holiday or seasonal decorations. Siv the owner is so helpful and if you can't find something she will order one for you. The bake goods are fresh and baked locally. Worth a trip during the holidays, the store is in her home so expect tight quarters going through each room. God Yul!

Great lil' shop, unique items for decorating and eating. Store managers/owners friendly and helpful. It's a must drop in a few times a month to what's new.

My wife and I shopped here for many years, when it was in Ellington Center. I rediscovered the Shop just recently and it brought back wonderful memories. What a great place to pick up real Scandinavian items. Loved it!!!!

What a treasure this place it. So many things you cannot find elsewhere. Very unique and good quality Scandinavian items. A wonderful owner tied the whole place together. It's a far drive for us but we will return. The cardamom breads are outstanding.

Love this place. Was started by the grandmother 55 years ago. Has items from all the Scandinavian countries. Jewelry, clothing, traditional holiday gifts and cards, cheeses, meats, wines, glugg, items for the garden, etc. Just a beautiful place to visit. Please stop in if you are in the area.

This is a fun store to visit to look for gifts, grab some tea or find some delicious Scandinavian treats. The buildings are beautifully designed and the owners are very friendly. The drive to the store is pretty, so making the trip is an enjoyable outing. It is the kind of place where you can drop by regularly since the inventory keeps changing. I am very pleased with the ring, Dala horse and tray I just purchased. My son enjoyed his Scandinavian orange soda and chocolates. Can’t wait to return!

This is a very unique and [from what I can tell] authentic gift shop! They have very nice gifts from Nordic culture & the Scandinavian area. A small but diverse food section as well. My wife is always looking for that special, perfect gift for someone, & this place is now on her list to visit regularly!

The best place around for any of your needs! Great gifts as well as everyday items. Wonderful food selection and so many products! I went in the store and spent almost an hour in there looking at everything. Definitely worth checking out. Staff was so nice and polite and very helpful. Highly recommend stopping by.

This shop was a nice place to pick up gifts for the holidays. It had a great atmosphere. I went back two weeks later and there were different and interesting items to buy. I am looking forward to stopping in and seeing the new stock whenever I get the chance.
