Shake Shack Evergreen Walk

The food was very good, especially the burgers and shakes. Kiosk ordering only. For dine in the food was delivered to our table indoors but the have a huge outdoor patio which would be nice on a summer day or night. Price $40 for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, and 1 fry.

The staff here is A+
You cannot find better staff. I had an eye exam and was struggling with an online order. They immediately helped me get my order corrected. The food is good as usual and this is my fav shack in the area now 💕.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Shake Shack. My double cheeseburger was perfectly smashed with that tasty crispy exterior. My wife’s chicken sandwich was perfect. We split a coffee shake also..very tasty. The fries were crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The help was courteous and knowledgeable. We’ll go back.

We stopped in for a quick lunch, Not realizing it was totally packed inside. They click cleared off a table for us, and adapt it so we could have my son in a power wheelchair comfortably with us. They were very attentive, and held the doors open for us. Lovely group of people working here!

This place is awesome. Ordering is easy, simply enter your order on an iPad near the entrance, grab a number(provided by little stands) and grab a seat to wait for your delicious meal. You can go to the front register if you need to pay with cash. Food was great. I really appreciate the beef being humanely raised.

Love their shakes! Clean restaurant! Staff were friendly. Can order on app and pick up at window. Over the weekend, I ordered inside as well as ordered through the app and both were quick and easy.

Good food and service. I particularly enjoy their chicken sandwiches. I find them even better than their burgers. Their iced teas and lemonade are also very good.

This is my first time ever going to a Shake Shack restaurant, and I am impressed!

To start, the restaurant itself was clean, even though it was crowded. The women's bathroom was spotless. The wait time was a bit lengthy, but it went smoothly and orderly with no issues or complaints from my party. The parking was difficult since there was a lot of people at the establishment.

I ordered their Tiramisu shake and an order of plain french fries with ketchup and honey mustard on the side.

The Tiramisu shake had the essence of the Italian dessert, and needless to say, I wasn't disappointed! The shake itself had a light flavor and wasn't too heavy on the stomach like some shakes are. The whipped cream was sprinkled with chocolate powder of sorts, and it added a nice little flair to the whipped cream!! It came with a ladyfinger cookie, much like Tiramisu cake does, and it has a nice crunch to it, which added to the texture of the shake. It was delicious!

The french fries I ordered tasted clean like fresh oil, and had a great crunch! I didn't receive a single soggy fry! The honey mustard enhanced the simple yet satisfying taste of the side order classic!

Well done, Shake Shack! You went above and beyond my expectations! And it was a spectacular first impression! I will return very soon!!

Great burgers, love that you order on a machine and can customize your meal without having to speak to anyone. They bring your food right to you. Crinkle cut fries are the way to go. So good!

Delicious food, great service. Far superior to the major fast food options. Very nice outdoor dining area.

The service was awful but the food was good and we had to go back to fix are shake and took foooooorever to give us fries.

First time at shake shack. I think this was the best burger I’ve had in about 10 years. The fries were also delicious. Very surprised at how great they were! Chocolate shake was excellent!

WOW! The food is delicious and the customer service is amazing! I came here with my family and we were new to Shake Shack. Diyar, the cashier took his time to explain to us what his recommendations were and was sooooooo friendly! Will come again!

Tried to save some cash and eat at home, but my wife wanted to try this place. After trying her truffle fries and burger I guess I FORGOT to order my own and had to go back and order! This place has all the fancy places beat on the truffle fries

Very busy place and somewhat confusing system but once we figured it out , the food was great and the service was phenomenal.

Good but pricey for 3 burgers and 2 orders of small fries and 2 lemonades and a milkshakes was almost $60 for our daughter bday dinner could have went to a resturant they charge each item and toppings separately and the cashier didn't know what he was doing and he needs to speak up when taking a order and the burgers was not all that for almost 11buck with tax

Great experience using online ordering. Food was ready at the pickup time and freshly made.
